Matthew 19 in Tamil

1 இயேசு இந்த வசனங்களைச் சொல்லிமுடித்த பின்பு, அவர் கலிலேயாவை விட்டு யோர்தானுக்கு அக்கரையான யூதேயாவின் எல்லைகளில் வந்தார். And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these sayings, he departed from Galilee, and came into the coasts of Judaea beyond Jordan;

2 திரளான ஜனங்கள் அவருக்குப் பின் சென்றார்கள்; அவ்விடத்தில் அவர்களைச் சொஸ்தமாக்கினார். And great multitudes followed him; and he healed them there.

3 அப்பொழுது, பரிசேயர் அவரைச் சோதிக்கவேண்டுமென்று அவரிடத்தில் வந்து: புருஷனானவன் தன் மனைவியை எந்த முகாந்தரதினாலாகிலும் தள்ளிவிடுவது நியாயமா என்று கேட்டார்கள். The Pharisees also came unto him, tempting him, and saying unto him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause?

4 அவர்களுக்கு அவர் பிரதியுத்தரமாக: ஆதியிலே மனுஷரை உண்டாக்கினவர் அவர்களை ஆணும் பெண்ணுமாக உண்டாக்கினார் என்பதையும், And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,

5 இதினிமித்தம் புருஷனானவன் தன் தகப்பனையும் தாயையும் விட்டுத் தன் மனைவியோடே இசைந்திருப்பான்; அவர்கள் இருவரும் ஒரே மாம்சமாயிருப்பார்கள் என்று அவர் சொன்னதையும், நீங்கள் வாசிக்கவில்லையா? And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?

6 இப்படி இருக்கிறபடியால், அவர்கள் இருவராயிராமல், ஒரே மாம்சமாயிருக்கிறார்கள்; ஆகையால் தேவன் இணைத்ததை மனுஷன் பிரிக்காதிருக்கக்கடவன் என்றார். Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

7 அதற்கு அவர்கள் அப்படியானால், தள்ளுதற்சீட்டைக்கொடுத்து, அவளைத் தள்ளிவிடலாமென்று மோசே ஏன் கட்டளையிட்டார் என்றார்கள். They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away?

8 அதற்கு அவர்: உங்கள் மனைவிகளைத் தள்ளிவிடலாமென்று உங்கள் இருதயக்கடினத்தினிமித்தம் மோசே உங்களுக்கு இடம் கொடுத்தார்; ஆதிமுதலாய் அப்படி இருக்கவில்லை. He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.

9 ஆதலால், எவனாகிலும் தன் மனைவி வேசித்தனஞ்செய்ததினிமித்தமேயன்றி, அவளைத் தள்ளிவிட்டு வேறொருத்தியை விவாகம் பண்ணினால், அவன் விபசாரம் பண்ணுகிறவனாயிருப்பான்; தள்ளிவிடப்பட்டவளை விவாகம் பண்ணுகிறவனும் விபசாரஞ்செய்கிறவனாயிருப்பான் என்று உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன் என்றார். And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.

10 அவருடைய சீஷர்கள் அவரை நோக்கி: மனைவியைப்பற்றிப் புருஷனுடைய காரியம் இப்படியிருந்தால், விவாகம் பண்ணுகிறது நல்லதல்ல என்றார்கள். His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not good to marry.

11 அதற்கு அவர்: வரம் பெற்றவர்களே தவிர மற்றவர்கள் இந்த வசனத்தை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளமாட்டார்கள். But he said unto them, All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given.

12 தாயின் வயிற்றிலிருந்து அண்ணகர்களாய்ப் பிறந்தவர்களும் உண்டு; மனுஷர்களால் அண்ணகர்களாக்கப்பட்டவர்களும் உண்டு; பரலோகராஜ்யத்தினிமித்தம் தங்களை அண்ணகர்களாக்கிக்கொண்டவர்களும் உண்டு; இதை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள வல்லவன் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளக்கடவன் என்றார். For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.

13 அப்பொழுது, சிறு பிள்ளைகளின்மேல் கைகளை வைத்து ஜெபம்பண்ணுபடிக்கு அவர்களை அவரிடத்தில் கொண்டுவந்தார்கள்; கொண்டுவந்தவர்களைச் சீஷர்கள் அதட்டினார்கள். Then were there brought unto him little children, that he should put his hands on them, and pray: and the disciples rebuked them.

14 இயேசுவோ: சிறு பிள்ளைகள் என்னிடத்தில் வருகிறதற்கு இடங்கொடுங்கள்; அவர்களைத் தடைபண்ணாதிருங்கள்; பரலோகராஜ்யம் அப்படிப்பட்டவர்களுடையது என்று சொல்லி, But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

15 அவர்கள் மேல் கைகளை வைத்து, பின்பு அவ்விடம் விட்டுப் புறப்பட்டுப்போனார். And he laid his hands on them, and departed thence.

16 அப்பொழுது ஒருவன் வந்து, அவரை நோக்கி: நல்ல போதகரே நித்திய ஜீவனை அடையும்படி நான் எந்த நன்மையைச் செய்யவேண்டும் என்று கேட்டான்; And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?

17 அதற்கு அவர்: நீ என்னை நல்லவன் என்று சொல்வானேன்? தேவன் ஒருவரைத்தவிர நல்லவன் ஒருவனும் இல்லையே; நீ ஜீவனில் பிரவேசிக்க விரும்பினால் கற்பனைகளைக் கைக்கொள் என்றார். And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

18 அவன் அவரை நோக்கி: எவைகளை என்று கேட்டான். அதற்கு இயேசு: கொலை செய்யாதிருப்பாயாக, விபசாரம் செய்யாதிருப்பாயாக, களவு செய்யாதிருப்பாயாக, பொய்ச் சாட்சி சொல்லாதிருப்பாயாக; He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,

19 உன் தகப்பனையும் உன் தாயையும் கனம்பண்ணுவாயாக; உன்னிடத்தில் நீ அன்புகூருவதுபோலப் பிறனிடத்திலும் அன்புகூருவாயாக என்பவைகளையே என்றார். Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

20 அந்த வாலிபன் அவரை நோக்கி: இவைகளையெல்லாம் என் சிறு வயது முதல் கைக்கொண்டிருக்கிறேன்; இன்னும் என்னிடத்தில் குறைவு என்ன என்றான். The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?

21 அதற்கு இயேசு: நீ பூரண சற்குணனாயிருக்க விரும்பினால், போய், உனக்கு உண்டானவைகளை விற்று, தரித்திரருக்குக் கொடு, அப்பொழுது பரலோகத்தில் உனக்குப் பொக்கிஷம் உண்டாயிருக்கும். பின்பு என்னைப் பின்பற்றிவா என்றார். Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.

22 அந்த வாலிபன் மிகுந்த ஆஸ்தியுள்ளவனாயிருந்தபடியால், இந்த வார்த்தையைக் கேட்டபொழுது, துக்கமடைந்தவனாய்ப் போய்விட்டான். But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.

23 அப்பொழுது இயேசு தம்முடைய சீஷர்களை நோக்கி: ஐசுவரியவான் தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் பிரவேசிப்பது அரிதென்று, மெய்யாகவே உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன். Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.

24 மேலும் ஐசுவரியவான் தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் பிரவேசிப்பதைப்பார்க்கிலும், ஒட்டகமானது ஊசியின் காதிலே நுழைவது எளிதாயிருக்கும் என்று உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன் என்றார். And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

25 அவருடைய சீஷர்கள் அதைக்கேட்டபொழுது மிகவும் ஆச்சரியப்பட்டு: அப்படியானால் யார் ரட்சிக்கப்படக்கூடும் என்றார்கள். When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved?

26 இயேசு, அவர்களைப் பார்த்து: மனுஷரால் இது கூடாததுதான்; தேவனாலே எல்லாம் கூடும் என்றார். But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

27 அப்பொழுது பேதுரு அவரை நோக்கி: இதோ, நாங்கள் எல்லாவற்றையும் விட்டு, உம்மைப்பின்பற்றினோமே; எங்களுக்கு என்னகிடைக்கும் என்றான். Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore?

28 அதற்கு இயேசு: மறுஜென்மகாலத்திலே மனுஷகுமாரன் தம்முடைய மகிமையுள்ள சிங்காசனத்தின்மேல் வீற்றிருக்கும்போது, நீங்களும், இஸ்ரவேலின் பன்னிரண்டு கோத்திரங்களையும் நியாயம் தீர்க்கிறவர்களாகப் பன்னிரண்டு சிங்காசனங்களில் வீற்றிருப்பீர்கள் என்று, மெய்யாகவே உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன். And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

29 என் நாமத்தினிமித்தம் வீட்டையாவது, சகோதரரையாவது, சகோதரிகளையாவது, தகப்பனையாவது, தாயையாவது, மனைவியையாவது, பிள்ளைகளையாவது, நிலங்களையாவது விட்டவன் எவனோ, அவன் நூறத்தனையாய் அடைந்து, நித்திய ஜீவனையும் சுதந்தரித்துக்கொள்ளுவான்; And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.

30 ஆகிலும் முந்தினோர் அநேகர் பிந்தினோராயும், பிந்தினோர் அநேகர் முந்தினோராயும் இருப்பார்கள் என்றார். But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be first.

1 Yesu intha vasanangalaich sollimutiththa pinpu, avar kalilaeyaavai vittu yorthaanukku akkaraiyaana yoothaeyaavin ellaikalil vanthaar. And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these sayings, he departed from Galilee, and came into the coasts of Judaea beyond Jordan;

2 Thiralaana janangal avarukkup pin sentarkal; avvidaththil avarkalaich sosthamaakkinaar. And great multitudes followed him; and he healed them there.

3 Appoluthu, pariseyar avaraich sothikkavaenndumentu avaridaththil vanthu: purushanaanavan than manaiviyai entha mukaantharathinaalaakilum thallividuvathu niyaayamaa entu kaettarkal. 4 Avarkalukku avar pirathiyuththaramaaka: aathiyilae manusharai unndaakkinavar avarkalai aanum pennnumaaka unndaakkinaar enpathaiyum, And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,

5 Ithinimiththam purushanaanavan than thakappanaiyum thaayaiyum vittuth than manaiviyotae isainthiruppaan; avarkal iruvarum orae maamsamaayiruppaarkal entu avar sonnathaiyum, neengal vaasikkavillaiyaa? And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?

6 Ippati irukkirapatiyaal, avarkal iruvaraayiraamal, orae maamsamaayirukkiraarkal; aakaiyaal Dhevan innaiththathai manushan pirikkaathirukkakkadavan entar. Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

7 Atharku avarkal appatiyaanaal, thallutharseettaைkkoduththu, avalaith thallividalaamentu Moses aen kattalaiyittar entarkal. They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away?

8 Atharku avar: ungal manaivikalaith thallividalaamentu ungal iruthayakkatinaththinimiththam Moses ungalukku idam koduththaar; aathimuthalaay appati irukkavillai. He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.

9 Aathalaal, evanaakilum than manaivi vaesiththananjaெythathinimiththamaeyanti, avalaith thallivittu vaeroruththiyai vivaakam pannnninaal, avan vipasaaram pannnukiravanaayiruppaan; thallividappattavalai vivaakam pannnukiravanum vipasaaranjaெykiravanaayiruppaan entu ungalukkuch sollukiraேn entar. And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.

10 Avarutaiya seesharkal avarai Nnokki: manaiviyaippattip purushanutaiya kaariyam ippatiyirunthaal, vivaakam pannnukirathu nallathalla entarkal. His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not good to marry.

11 Atharku avar: varam pettavarkalae thavira mattavarkal intha vasanaththai aettaுkkollamaattarkal. But he said unto them, All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given.

12 Thaayin vayittilirunthu annnakarkalaayp piranthavarkalum unndu; manusharkalaal annnakarkalaakkappattavarkalum unndu; paralokaraajyaththinimiththam thangalai annnakarkalaakkikkonndavarkalum unndu; ithai aettaுkkolla vallavan aettaுkkollakkadavan entar. 13 Appoluthu, siraு pillaikalinmael kaikalai vaiththu Jebampannnupatikku avarkalai avaridaththil konnduvanthaarkal; konnduvanthavarkalaich seesharkal athattinaarkal. Then were there brought unto him little children, that he should put his hands on them, and pray: and the disciples rebuked them.

14 Yesuvo: siraு pillaikal ennidaththil varukiratharku idangaொdungal; avarkalaith thataipannnnaathirungal; paralokaraajyam appatippattavarkalutaiyathu entu solli, But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

15 Avarkal mael kaikalai vaiththu, pinpu avvidam vittup purappattupponaar. And he laid his hands on them, and departed thence.

16 Appoluthu oruvan vanthu, avarai Nnokki: nalla pothakarae niththiya jeevanai ataiyumpati naan entha nanmaiyaich seyyavaenndum entu kaettan; And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?

17 Atharku avar: nee ennai nallavan entu solvaanaen? Dhevan oruvaraiththavira nallavan oruvanum illaiyae; nee jeevanil piravaesikka virumpinaal karpanaikalaik kaikkol entar. And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

18 Avan avarai Nnokki: evaikalai entu kaettan. Atharku Yesu: kolai seyyaathiruppaayaaka, vipasaaram seyyaathiruppaayaaka, kalavu seyyaathiruppaayaaka, poych saatchi sollaathiruppaayaaka; He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,

19 Un thakappanaiyum un thaayaiyum kanampannnuvaayaaka; unnidaththil nee anpukooruvathupolap piranidaththilum anpukooruvaayaaka enpavaikalaiyae entar. Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

20 Antha vaalipan avarai Nnokki: ivaikalaiyellaam en siraு vayathu muthal kaikkonntirukkiraேn; innum ennidaththil kuraivu enna entan. The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?

21 Atharku Yesu: nee poorana sarkunanaayirukka virumpinaal, poy, unakku unndaanavaikalai vittaு, thariththirarukkuk kodu, appoluthu paralokaththil unakkup pokkisham unndaayirukkum. Pinpu ennaip pinpattivaa entar. Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.

22 Antha vaalipan mikuntha aasthiyullavanaayirunthapatiyaal, intha vaarththaiyaik kaettapoluthu, thukkamatainthavanaayp poyvittan. But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.

23 Appoluthu Yesu thammutaiya seesharkalai Nnokki: aisuvariyavaan thaevanutaiya raajyaththil piravaesippathu arithentu, meyyaakavae ungalukkuch sollukiraேn. Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.

24 Maelum aisuvariyavaan thaevanutaiya raajyaththil piravaesippathaippaarkkilum, ottakamaanathu oosiyin kaathilae nulaivathu elithaayirukkum entu ungalukkuch sollukiraேn entar. 25 Avarutaiya seesharkal athaikkaettapoluthu mikavum aachchariyappattu: appatiyaanaal yaar ratchikkappadakkoodum entarkal. When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved?

26 Yesu, avarkalaip paarththu: manusharaal ithu koodaathathuthaan; thaevanaalae ellaam koodum entar. But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

27 Appoluthu paethuru avarai Nnokki: itho, naangal ellaavattaைyum vittu, ummaippinpattinomae; engalukku ennakitaikkum entan. Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore?

28 Atharku Yesu: maraுjenmakaalaththilae manushakumaaran thammutaiya makimaiyulla singaasanaththinmael veettirukkumpothu, neengalum, isravaelin panniranndu koththirangalaiyum niyaayam theerkkiravarkalaakap panniranndu singaasanangalil veettiruppeerkal entu, meyyaakavae ungalukkuch sollukiraேn. 29 En naamaththinimiththam veettaைyaavathu, sakothararaiyaavathu, sakotharikalaiyaavathu, thakappanaiyaavathu, thaayaiyaavathu, manaiviyaiyaavathu, pillaikalaiyaavathu, nilangalaiyaavathu vittavan evano, avan nooraththanaiyaay atainthu, niththiya jeevanaiyum suthanthariththukkolluvaan; And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.

30 Aakilum munthinor anaekar pinthinoraayum, pinthinor anaekar munthinoraayum iruppaarkal entar. But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be first.
