ஆதலால், எவனாகிலும் தன் மனைவி வேசித்தனஞ்செய்ததினிமித்தமேயன்றி, அவளைத் தள்ளிவிட்டு வேறொருத்தியை விவாகம் பண்ணினால், அவன் விபசாரம் பண்ணுகிறவனாயிருப்பான்; தள்ளிவிடப்பட்டவளை விவாகம் பண்ணுகிறவனும் விபசாரஞ்செய்கிறவனாயிருப்பான் என்று உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன் என்றார்.

ஆதலால், எவனாவது தன் மனைவி வேசித்தனம் செய்ததினிமித்தமேயன்றி, அவளை விவாகரத்து செய்துவிட்டு வேறொரு பெண்ணைத் திருமணம்செய்தால், அவன் விபசாரம் செய்கிறவனாக இருப்பான்; விவாகரத்து செய்யப்பட்டவளைத் திருமணம் செய்கிறவனும் விபசாரம் செய்கிறவனாக இருப்பான் என்று உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன் என்றார்.

நான் கூறுகிறேன், தன் மனைவியை விவாகரத்து செய்து பின் வேறொரு பெண்ணைத் திருமணம் செய்கிறவன் விபச்சாரம் என்னும் குற்றத்திற்கு ஆளாகிறான். ஒருவன் தன் மனைவியை விவாகரத்து செய்ய ஒரே தகுதியான காரணம் அவள் வேறொரு ஆணுடன் கள்ளத் தொடர்பு கொண்டிருப்பதே ஆகும்” என்றார்.
