என் ஜனங்களோ என்னை மறந்து, மாயையான விக்கிரகங்களுக்குத் தூபங்காட்டுகிறார்கள்; செப்பனிடப்படாத பாதைகளிலும் வழியிலும் அவர்கள் நடக்கும்படி, அவைகள் அவர்களைப் பூர்வ பாதைகளாகிய அவர்களுடைய வழிகளிலிருந்து இடறும்படி செய்கிறது.

என் மக்களோ என்னை மறந்து, மாயையான விக்கிரகங்களுக்குத் தூபங்காட்டுகிறார்கள்; ஒழுங்குபடுத்தப்படாத பாதைகளிலும் வழியிலும் அவர்கள் நடக்கும்படி, அவைகள் அவர்களை முந்தின பாதைகளாகிய அவர்களுடைய வழிகளிலிருந்து இடறும்படி செய்கிறது.

ஆனால் எனது ஜனங்கள் என்னைப் மறந்திருக்கிறார்கள். பயனற்ற விக்கிரகங்களுக்கு அவர்கள் பலிகளைக் கொடுக்கிறார்கள். எனது ஜனங்கள் தாம் செய்கின்றவற்றில் தடுமாற்றமாக இருக்கிறார்கள். அவர்களின் தடுமாற்றம் தமது முற்பிதாக்களின் பழைய வழிகளைப் பற்றியதாக உள்ளது. எனது ஜனங்கள் என்னைப் பின்பற்றி நல்ல சாலைகளில் வருவதைவிட, பின் சாலைகளிலும் மோசமான நெடும் பாதைகளிலும் நடப்பார்கள்.

En janangalo ennai maranthu, maayaiyaana vikkirakangalukkuth thoopangaattukiraarkal; seppanidappadaatha paathaikalilum valiyilum avarkal nadakkumpati, avaikal avarkalaip poorva paathaikalaakiya avarkalutaiya valikalilirunthu idaraுmpati seykirathu.
