இஸ்ரவேல் அந்தத் தேசத்தில் தங்கிக் குடியிருக்கும்போது, ரூபன் போய், தன் தகப்பனுடைய மறுமனையாட்டியாகிய பில்காளோடே சயனித்தான்; அதை இஸ்ரவேல் கேள்விப்பட்டான்.
