For the LORD heareth the poor, and despiseth not his prisoners.

	אֶל	ʾēl	ale
the poor,	אֶבְיוֹנִ֣ים	ʾebyôn	ev-YONE
the Lord	יְהוָ֑ה	yĕhōwâ	yeh-hoh-VA
	וְאֶת	ʾēt	ate
his prisoners.	אֲ֝סִירָ֗יו	ʾāsîr	ah-SEER
