பாவத்தோடே பாவத்தைக் கூட்டும்படி, என்னை அல்லாமல் ஆலோசனைபண்ணி, என் ஆவியை அல்லாமல் தங்களை மூடிக்கொள்ளப் பார்க்கிறவர்களும்,

Woe ה֣וֹי hôy hoy
children, בָּנִ֤ים bēn bane
to the rebellious סֽוֹרְרִים֙ sārar sa-RAHR
saith נְאֻם nĕʾum neh-OOM
the Lord, יְהוָ֔ה yĕhōwâ yeh-hoh-VA
that take לַעֲשׂ֤וֹת ʿāśâ ah-SA
counsel, עֵצָה֙ ʿēṣâ ay-TSA
but not וְלֹ֣א lōʾ loh
of מִנִּ֔י min meen
me; and that cover וְלִנְסֹ֥ךְ nāsak na-SAHK
with a covering, מַסֵּכָ֖ה massēkâ ma-say-HA
but not וְלֹ֣א lōʾ loh
of my spirit, רוּחִ֑י rûaḥ ROO-ak
that לְמַ֛עַן maʿan ma-AN
