தண்ணீர் வாசலுக்கு முன்னான வீதிக்கு எதிரேயிருந்து காலமேதொடங்கி மத்தியானமட்டும் புருஷருக்கும் ஸ்திரீகளுக்கும், கேட்டு அறியத்தக்க மற்றவர்களுக்கும் முன்பாக அதை வாசித்தான்; சகல ஜனங்களும் நியாயப்பிரமாண புஸ்தகத்திற்குக் கவனமாய்ச் செவிகொடுத்தார்கள்.
