Psalm 148 in Tamil

1 அல்லேலுூயா, வானங்களில் உள்ளவைகளே, கர்த்தரைத் துதியுங்கள்; உன்னதங்களில் அவரைத் துதியுங்கள். Praise ye the LORD. Praise ye the LORD from the heavens: praise him in the heights.

2 அவருடைய தூதர்களே, நீங்கள் யாவரும் அவரைத் துதியுங்கள்; அவருடைய சேனைகளே, நீங்கள் யாவரும் அவரைத் துதியுங்கள். Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.

3 சூரிய சந்திரரே, அவரைத் துதியுங்கள்; பிரகாசமுள்ள சகல நட்சத்திரங்களே அவரைத் துதியுங்கள். Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.

4 வானாதி வானங்களே, அவரைத் துதியுங்கள்; ஆகாயமண்டலத்தின் மேலுள்ள தண்ணீர்களே, அவரைத் துதியுங்கள். Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.

5 அவைகள் கர்த்தரின் நாமத்தைத் துதிக்கக்கடவது; அவர் கட்டளையிட அவைகள் சிருஷ்டிக்கப்பட்டது. Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded, and they were created.

6 அவர் அவைகளை என்றைக்குமுள்ள சதாகாலங்களிலும் நிலைக்கும்படி செய்தார்; மாறாத பிரமாணத்தை அவைகளுக்கு நியமித்தார். He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.

7 பூமியிலுள்ளவைகளே, கர்த்தரைத் துதியுங்கள்; மகா மச்சங்களே, சகல ஆழங்களே, Praise the LORD from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps:

8 அக்கினியே, கல்மழையே, உறைந்தமழையே, மூடுபனியே, அவர் சொற்படி செய்யும் பெருங்காற்றே, Fire, and hail; snow, and vapours; stormy wind fulfilling his word:

9 மலைகளே, சகல மேடுகளே, கனிமரங்களே, சகல கேதுருக்களே, Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:

10 காட்டுமிருகங்களே, சகல நாட்டுமிருகங்களே ஊரும் பிராணிகளே, இறகுள்ள பறவைகளே. Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:

11 பூமியின் ராஜாக்களே, சகல ஜனங்களே, பிரபுக்களே, பூமியிலுள்ள சகல நியாயாதிபதிகளே, Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:

12 வாலிபரே கன்னிகைகளே, முதிர்வயதுள்ளவர்களே பிள்ளைகளே, கர்த்தரைத் துதியுங்கள். Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children:

13 அவர்கள் கர்த்தரின் நாமத்தைத் துதிக்கக்கடவர்கள்; அவருடைய நாமம் மாத்திரம் உயர்ந்தது; அவருடைய மகிமை பூமிக்கும் வானத்திற்கும் மேலானது. Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.

14 அவர் தம்முடைய பரிசுத்தவான்கள் யாவருக்கும், தம்மைச் சேர்ந்த ஜனமாகிய இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்கும் கொண்டாட்டமாக, தம்முடைய ஜனத்திற்கு ஒரு கொம்பை உயர்த்தினார். அல்லேலுூயா. He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the LORD.

1 Allaeluூyaa, vaanangalil ullavaikalae, karththaraith thuthiyungal; unnathangalil avaraith thuthiyungal. Praise ye the LORD. Praise ye the LORD from the heavens: praise him in the heights.

2 Avarutaiya thootharkalae, neengal yaavarum avaraith thuthiyungal; avarutaiya senaikalae, neengal yaavarum avaraith thuthiyungal. Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.

3 Sooriya santhirarae, avaraith thuthiyungal; pirakaasamulla sakala natchaththirangalae avaraith thuthiyungal. Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.

4 Vaanaathi vaanangalae, avaraith thuthiyungal; aakaayamanndalaththin maelulla thannnneerkalae, avaraith thuthiyungal. Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.

5 Avaikal karththarin naamaththaith thuthikkakkadavathu; avar kattalaiyida avaikal sirushtikkappattathu. Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded, and they were created.

6 Avar avaikalai entaikkumulla sathaakaalangalilum nilaikkumpati seythaar; maaraatha piramaanaththai avaikalukku niyamiththaar. He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.

7 Poomiyilullavaikalae, karththaraith thuthiyungal; makaa machchangalae, sakala aalangalae, Praise the LORD from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps:

8 Akkiniyae, kalmalaiyae, urainthamalaiyae, moodupaniyae, avar sorpati seyyum perungaatte, Fire, and hail; snow, and vapours; stormy wind fulfilling his word:

9 Malaikalae, sakala maedukalae, kanimarangalae, sakala kaethurukkalae, Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:

10 Kaattumirukangalae, sakala naattumirukangalae oorum piraannikalae, irakulla paravaikalae. Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:

11 Poomiyin raajaakkalae, sakala janangalae, pirapukkalae, poomiyilulla sakala niyaayaathipathikalae, Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:

12 Vaaliparae kannikaikalae, muthirvayathullavarkalae pillaikalae, karththaraith thuthiyungal. Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children:

13 Avarkal karththarin naamaththaith thuthikkakkadavarkal; avarutaiya naamam maaththiram uyarnthathu; avarutaiya makimai poomikkum vaanaththirkum maelaanathu. Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.

14 Avar thammutaiya Parisuththavaankal yaavarukkum, thammaich serntha janamaakiya Israel puththirarukkum konndaattamaaka, thammutaiya janaththirku oru kompai uyarththinaar. Allaeluூyaa.
