கர்த்தருக்கு ஒரு ஆலயத்தையும், தமது ராஜரிகத்திற்கு ஒரு அரமனையையும் கட்டத்தக்க யுக்தியும் புத்தியுமுடைய ஞானமுள்ள குமாரனை, தாவீதுராஜாவுக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டவராகிய வானத்தையும் பூமியையும் உண்டாக்கின இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்கு ஸ்தோத்திரமுண்டாவதாக.

ஈராம் மேலும், “இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரைத் துதியுங்கள்! அவர் வானத்தையும் பூமியையும் உண்டாக்கினார். அவர் தாவீதிற்கு ஞானமுடைய மகனைக் கொடுத்தார். சாலொமோன், உன்னிடம் ஞானமும் அறிவும் உள்ளது. நீ கர்த்தருக்காக ஆலயம் கட்டிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறாய். நீ உனக்காக ஒரு அரண்மனையும் கட்டுகிறாய்.

Karththarukku oru aalayaththaiyum, thamathu raajarikaththirku oru aramanaiyaiyum kattaththakka yukthiyum puththiyumutaiya njaanamulla kumaaranai, Davidraajaavukkuk kattalaiyittavaraakiya vaanaththaiyum poomiyaiyum unndaakkina isravaelin thaevanaakiya karththarukku sthoththiramunndaavathaaka.
