அப்பொழுது அவன் திரும்பி அவர்களைப் பார்த்து: கர்த்தரின் நாமத்திலே அவர்களைச் சபித்தான்; உடனே காட்டிலிருந்து இரண்டு கரடிகள் புறப்பட்டு வந்து, அவர்களில் நாற்பத்திரண்டு பிள்ளைகளைப் பீறிப்போட்டது.

And he turned וַיִּ֤פֶן pānâ pa-NA
back, אַֽחֲרָיו֙ ʾaḥar ah-HAHR
and looked וַיִּרְאֵ֔ם rāʾâ ra-AH
on them, and cursed וַֽיְקַלְלֵ֖ם qālal ka-LAHL
them in the name בְּשֵׁ֣ם šēm shame
of the Lord. יְהוָ֑ה yĕhōwâ yeh-hoh-VA
And there came forth וַתֵּצֶ֨אנָה yāṣāʾ ya-TSA
two שְׁתַּ֤יִם šĕnayim sheh-na-YEEM
she bears דֻּבִּים֙ dōb dove
out of מִן min meen
the wood, הַיַּ֔עַר yaʿar ya-AR
and tare וַתְּבַקַּ֣עְנָה bāqaʿ ba-KA
מֵהֶ֔ם hēm hame
forty אַרְבָּעִ֥ים ʾarbāʿîm ar-ba-EEM
and two וּשְׁנֵ֖י šĕnayim sheh-na-YEEM
children of them. יְלָדִֽים׃ yeled yeh-LED
