அவன் குமாரர் தங்கள்மேல் சாபத்தை வரப்பண்ணுகிறதை அவன் அறிந்திருந்தும், அவர்களை அடக்காமற்போன பாவத்தினிமித்தம், நான் அவன் குடும்பத்துக்கு என்றும் நீங்காத நியாயத்தீர்ப்புச் செய்வேன் என்று அவனுக்கு அறிவித்தேன்.

அவனுடைய மகன்கள் தங்கள்மேல் சாபத்தை வரச்செய்வதை அவன் அறிந்தும், அவர்களை அடக்காமல்போன பாவத்தினால், நான் அவனுடைய குடும்பத்திற்கு என்றும் நீங்காத நியாயத்தீர்ப்புச் செய்வேன் என்று அவனுக்கு அறிவித்தேன்.

நான் ஏலியிடம் அவனது குடும்பத்தை என்றென்றைக்கும் தண்டிக்கப் போவதாகக் கூறியிருக்கிறேன். அவன் மகன்கள் அவர்களாகவே சாபத்தை வரவழைத்துக் கொண்டனர். அவர்கள் தேவனுக்கு விரோதமாகக் கெட்டவற்றைப் பேசியும் செய்தும் வந்தனர் என்பதை ஏலி அறிந்திருந்தும், ஏலி அவர்களைக் கட்டுப்படுத்தத் தவறிவிட்டான்.
