1 Chronicles 9 in Tamil

1 இஸ்ரவேலர் எல்லாரும் தங்கள் வம்ச வரலாற்றின்படி எண்ணப்பட்டார்கள்; இவர்கள் நாமங்கள் இஸ்ரவேல் ராஜாக்களின் புஸ்தகத்தில் எழுதியிருக்கிறது, யூதா கோத்திரத்தார் தங்கள் துரோகத்தினிமித்தம், பாபிலோனுக்குச் சிறைபிடித்துக்கொண்டுபோகப்பட்டார்கள். So all Israel were reckoned by genealogies; and, behold, they were written in the book of the kings of Israel and Judah, who were carried away to Babylon for their transgression.

2 தங்கள் காணியாட்சியிலும் தங்கள் பட்டணங்களிலும் முன் குடியிருந்தவர்கள் இஸ்ரவேலரும் ஆசாரியரும் லேவியரும் நிதினீமியருமே. Now the first inhabitants that dwelt in their possessions in their cities were, the Israelites, the priests, Levites, and the Nethinims.

3 யூதா புத்திரரிலும், பென்யமீன் புத்திரரிலும், எப்பிராயீம் மனாசே என்பவர்களின் புத்திரரிலும், எருசலேமில் குடியிருந்தவர்கள் யாரென்றால், And in Jerusalem dwelt of the children of Judah, and of the children of Benjamin, and of the children of Ephraim, and Manasseh;

4 யூதாவின் புத்திரனாகிய பேரேசின் சந்ததியில் பானியின் குமாரனாகிய இம்ரியின் மகனான உம்ரிΕ்குப் பிறந்த அம்மியூதிɠύ குமாரன் Ίத்தாய். Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the children of Pharez the son of Judah.

5 சேலாவின͠சந்ததியில் மூத்தவனாகிய அசாயாவும், அவன் பிள்ளைகளும், And of the Shilonites; Asaiah the firstborn, and his sons.

6 சேராவின் சந்ததியில் யெகுவேலும், அவன் சகோதரராகிய அறுநூற்றுத்தொண்ணூறுபேருமே. And of the sons of Zerah; Jeuel, and their brethren, six hundred and ninety.

7 பென்யமீன் புத்திரரில் அசெனூவாவின் குமாரனாகிய ஓதாவியாவுக்குப் பிறந்த மெசுல்லாமின் மகன் சல்லு. And of the sons of Benjamin; Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Hodaviah, the son of Hasenuah,

8 எரோகாமின் குமாரன் இப்னெயா; மிக்கிரியின் குமாரனாகிய ஊசியின் மகன் ஏலா; இப்னியாவின் குமாரனாகிய ரேகுவேலுக்குப் பிறந்த செபதியாவின் மகன் மெசுல்லாம் என்பவர்களும்; And Ibneiah the son of Jeroham, and Elah the son of Uzzi, the son of Michri, and Meshullam the son of Shephathiah, the son of Reuel, the son of Ibnijah;

9 தங்கள் சந்ததிகளின்படி இருந்த இவர்கள் சகோதரராகிய தொளாயிரத்து ஐம்பத்தாறுபேருமே; இந்த மனுஷர் எல்லாரும், தங்கள் பிதாக்களின் வம்சத்திலே பிதாக்களின் தலைவராயிருந்தார்கள். And their brethren, according to their generations, nine hundred and fifty and six. All these men were chief of the fathers in the house of their fathers.

10 ஆசாரியர்களில் யெதாயா, யோயாரிப், யாகின். And of the priests; Jedaiah, and Jehoiarib, and Jachin,

11 அகிதூபின் குமாரனாகிய மெராயோதின் மகன் சாதோக்குக்குப் பிறந்த மெசுல்லாவின் குமாரனாகிய இல்க்கியாவின் மகன் அசரியா என்பவன் தேவாலயத்து விசாரணைக் கர்த்தன். And Azariah the son of Hilkiah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Meraioth, the son of Ahitub, the ruler of the house of God;

12 மல்கியாவின் குமாரனாகிய பஸ்கூருக்குப் பிறந்த எரோகாமின் மகன் அதாயா; இம்மெரின் குமாரனாகிய மெசில்லேமித்தின் மகன் மெசுல்லாமுக்குப் பிறந்த யாசெராவின் குமாரனாகிய ஆதியேலின் மகன் மாசாய் என்பவர்களும், And Adaiah the son of Jeroham, the son of Pashur, the son of Malchijah, and Maasiai the son of Adiel, the son of Jahzerah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Meshillemith, the son of Immer;

13 அவர்கள் சகோதரரும், தங்கள் பிதாக்களின் வம்சத்தலைவரான ஆயிரத்துஎழுநூற்று அறுபதுபேர் தேவாலயத்துக்கடுத்த பணிவிடைக்குத் திறமையுள்ளவர்களாயிருந்தார்கள். And their brethren, heads of the house of their fathers, a thousand and seven hundred and threescore; very able men for the work of the service of the house of God.

14 லேவியரில் மெராரியின் சந்ததியான அசபியாவின் குமாரனாகிய அஸ்ரீகாமுக்குப் பிறந்த அசூபின் மகன் செமாயா, And of the Levites; Shemaiah the son of Hasshub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, of the sons of Merari;

15 பக்பக்கார், ஏரேஸ், காலால், ஆசாபின் குமாரனாகிய சிக்ரிக்குப் பிறந்த மிகாவின் மகன் மத்தனியா, And Bakbakkar, Heresh, and Galal, and Mattaniah the son of Micah, the son of Zichri, the son of Asaph;

16 எதுத்தூனின் குமாரனாகிய காலாலுக்குப் பிறந்த செமாயாவின் மகன் ஒபதியா; நெத்தோபாத்தியரின் கிராமங்களில் குடியிருந்த எல்க்கானாவின் குமாரனாகிய ஆசாவின் மகன் பெரகியா, And Obadiah the son of Shemaiah, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun, and Berechiah the son of Asa, the son of Elkanah, that dwelt in the villages of the Netophathites.

17 வாசல் காவலாளிகளாகிய சல்லுூம், அக்கூப், தல்மோன், அகிமான் என்பவர்களும், இவர்கள் சகோதரருமே; இவர்கள் தலைவன் சல்லுூம். And the porters were, Shallum, and Akkub, and Talmon, and Ahiman, and their brethren: Shallum was the chief;

18 லேவிபுத்திரரின் சேனைகளில் இவர்கள் கிழக்கேயிருக்கிற ராஜாவின் வாசலைக் காவல்காத்துவந்தார்கள் Who hitherto waited in the king's gate eastward: they were porters in the companies of the children of Levi.

19 கோராகின் குமாரனாகிய எபியாசாபுக்குப் பிறந்த கோரேயின் மகன் சல்லுூமும், அவன் பிதாவின் வம்சத்தாராகிய அவனுடைய சகோதரருமான கோராகியர் பணிவிடைவேலையை விசாரித்து, அவர்கள் பிதாக்கள் கர்த்தருடைய பாளயத்திலே வாசஸ்தலத்திற்குப்போகிற வழியைக் காவல்காத்ததுபோல, வாசஸ்தலத்து வாசல்களைக் காத்துவந்தார்கள். And Shallum the son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brethren, of the house of his father, the Korahites, were over the work of the service, keepers of the gates of the tabernacle: and their fathers, being over the host of the LORD, were keepers of the entry.

20 எலெயாசாரின் குமாரனாகிய பினெகாசுடனே கர்த்தர் இருந்தபடியினால், அவன் முற்காலத்திலே அவர்கள்மேல் விசாரணைக்காரனாயிருந்தான். And Phinehas the son of Eleazar was the ruler over them in time past, and the LORD was with him.

21 மெசெல்மியாவின் குமாரனாகிய சகரியா ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரவாசல் காவல்காரனாயிருந்தான். And Zechariah the son of Meshelemiah was porter of the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

22 வாசல்களைக் காக்கிறதற்குத் தெரிந்துகொள்ளப்பட்ட இவர்களெல்லாரும் இருநூற்றுப் பன்னிரண்டுபேராயிருந்து, தங்கள் கிராமங்களின்படியே தங்கள் வம்சத்து அட்டவணைகளில் எழுதப்பட்டார்கள்; தாவீதும், ஞானதிருஷ்டிக்காரனாகிய சாமுவேலும், அவர்களைத் தங்கள் வேலைகளில் வைத்தார்கள். All these which were chosen to be porters in the gates were two hundred and twelve. These were reckoned by their genealogy in their villages, whom David and Samuel the seer did ordain in their set office.

23 அப்படியே அவர்களும், அவர்கள் குமாரரும் கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயமாகிய வாசஸ்தலத்து வாசல்களைக் காக்கிறவர்களை முறைமுறையாய் விசாரித்து வந்தார்கள். So they and their children had the oversight of the gates of the house of the LORD, namely, the house of the tabernacle, by wards.

24 வாசல்களைக் காக்கிறவர்கள் நாலுதிசைகளாகிய கிழக்கிலும் மேற்கிலும் வடக்கிலும் தெற்கிலும் இருந்தார்கள். In four quarters were the porters, toward the east, west, north, and south.

25 அவர்கள் சகோதரர் தங்கள் கிராமங்களிலிருந்து, ஏழுநாளுக்கு ஒருவிசை மாறிமாறி அவர்களோடிருக்க வருவார்கள். And their brethren, which were in their villages, were to come after seven days from time to time with them.

26 தேவாலயத்தின் பண்டகசாலைகள் மேலும் பொக்கிஷசாலைகள்மேலுமுள்ள விசாரணை உத்தியோகம் லேவியரான அந்த நாலு பிரதான காவலாளர்வசத்தில் ஒப்புவிக்கப்பட்டது. For these Levites, the four chief porters, were in their set office, and were over the chambers and treasuries of the house of God.

27 காவல் அவர்களுக்கு ஒப்புவித்திருந்தபடியால் அவர்கள் தேவாலயத்தைச் சுற்றிலும் இராத்தங்கியிருந்து, காலமே கதவுகளைத் திறந்துவிடுவார்கள். And they lodged round about the house of God, because the charge was upon them, and the opening thereof every morning pertained to them.

28 அவர்களில் சிலரிடத்தில் ஆராதனை பணிமுட்டுகள் ஒப்புவித்திருந்தது; அவர்கள் அவைகளை எண்ணி உள்ளே கொண்டுபோய், எண்ணி வெளியே கொண்டுவருவார்கள். And certain of them had the charge of the ministering vessels, that they should bring them in and out by tale.

29 அவர்களில் சிலர் மற்றப் பணிமுட்டுகளின் பரிசுத்த பாத்திரங்கள் எல்லாவற்றின்மேலும், மெல்லிய மா, திராட்சரசம், எண்ணெய், சாம்பிராணி, சுகந்தவர்க்கங்களின்மேலும் விசாரணைக்காரராயிருந்தார்கள். Some of them also were appointed to oversee the vessels, and all the instruments of the sanctuary, and the fine flour, and the wine, and the oil, and the frankincense, and the spices.

30 ஆசாரியரின் குமாரரில் சிலர் சுகந்தவர்க்கத்தால் பரிமளதைலம் இறக்குவார்கள். And some of the sons of the priests made the ointment of the spices.

31 லேவியரில் கோராகியனான சல்லுூமின் மூத்த குமாரனாகிய மத்தித்தியாவுக்குப் பலகாரம் சுடுகிற வேலையின் விசாரிப்பு ஒப்புவித்திருந்தது. And Mattithiah, one of the Levites, who was the firstborn of Shallum the Korahite, had the set office over the things that were made in the pans.

32 அவர்கள் சகோதரராகிய கோகாத்தியரின் புத்திரரில் சிலருக்கு ஓய்வுநாள் தோறும் அப்பங்களை ஆயத்தப்படுத்தும் விசாரிப்பு இருந்தது. And other of their brethren, of the sons of the Kohathites, were over the shewbread, to prepare it every sabbath.

33 இவர்களில் லேவியருடைய பிதாக்களிள் தலைவராகிய சங்கீதக்காரர் இரவும்பகலும் தங்கள் வேலையை நடத்தவேண்டியிருந்தபடியால், மற்ற வேலைக்கு நீங்கலாய்த் தங்கள் அறைகளில் இருந்தார்கள். And these are the singers, chief of the fathers of the Levites, who remaining in the chambers were free: for they were employed in that work day and night.

34 லேவியரில் பிதாக்களின் தலைவராகிய இவர்கள் தங்கள் சந்ததிகளுக்குத் தலைமையானவர்கள்; இவர்கள் எருசலேமிலே குடியிருந்தார்கள். These chief fathers of the Levites were chief throughout their generations; these dwelt at Jerusalem.

35 கிபியோனிலே குடியிருந்தவர்கள் யாரென்றால், கிபியோனின் மூப்பனாகிய யெகியேல், இவன் பெண்ஜாதியின்பேர் மாக்காள். And in Gibeon dwelt the father of Gibeon, Jehiel, whose wife's name was Maachah:

36 அவன் மூத்த குமாரனாகிய அப்தோனும், சூர், கீஸ், பாகால், நேர், நாதாப், And his firstborn son Abdon, then Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Ner, and Nadab.

37 கேதோர், அகியோ, சகரியா, மிக்லோத் என்பவர்களுமே. And Gedor, and Ahio, and Zechariah, and Mikloth.

38 மிக்லோத் சீமியாமைப் பெற்றான்; இவர்களும் தங்கள் சகோதரரோடுங்கூட எருசலேமிலிருக்கிற தங்கள் சகோதரருக்குச் சமீபத்தில் குடியிருந்தார்கள். And Mikloth begat Shimeam. And they also dwelt with their brethren at Jerusalem, over against their brethren.

39 நேர் கீசைப் பெற்றான்; கீஸ் சவுலைப் பெற்றான்; சவுல் யோனத்தானையும், மல்கிசூவாவையும், அபினதாபையும், எஸ்பாலையும் பெற்றான். And Ner begat Kish; and Kish begat Saul; and Saul begat Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal.

40 யோனத்தானின் குமாரன் மெரிபால்; மெரிபால் மீகாவைப் பெற்றான். And the son of Jonathan was Meribbaal: and Meribbaal begat Micah.

41 மீகாவின் குமாரர், பித்தோன், மேலேக், தரேயா, ஆகாஸ் என்பவர்கள். And the sons of Micah were, Pithon, and Melech, and Tahrea, and Ahaz.

42 ஆகாஸ் யாராகைப் பெற்றான்; யாராக் அலெமேத்தையும், அஸ்மாவேத்தையும், சிம்ரியையும் பெற்றான்; சிம்ரி மோசாவைப் பெற்றான். And Ahaz begat Jarah; and Jarah begat Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begat Moza;

43 மோசா பினியாவைப் பெற்றான்; இவன் குமாரன் ரப்பாயா; இவன் குமாரன் எலியாசா; இவன் குமாரன் ஆத்சேல். And Moza begat Binea; and Rephaiah his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son.

44 ஆத்சேலுக்கு ஆறு குமாரர் இருந்தார்கள்; அவர்கள் நாமங்களாவன, அரீக்காம், பொக்குரு, இஸ்மவேல், சேராயா, ஒபதியா, ஆனான், இவர்கள் ஆத்சேலின் குமாரர். And Azel had six sons, whose names are these, Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan: these were the sons of Azel.

1 Isravaelar ellaarum thangal vamsa varalaattinpati ennnappattarkal; ivarkal naamangal Israel raajaakkalin pusthakaththil eluthiyirukkirathu, yoothaa koththiraththaar thangal thurokaththinimiththam, paapilonukkuch siraipitiththukkonndupokappattarkal. So all Israel were reckoned by genealogies; and, behold, they were written in the book of the kings of Israel and Judah, who were carried away to Babylon for their transgression.

2 Thangal kaanniyaatchiyilum thangal pattanangalilum mun kutiyirunthavarkal isravaelarum aasaariyarum laeviyarum nithineemiyarumae. Now the first inhabitants that dwelt in their possessions in their cities were, the Israelites, the priests, Levites, and the Nethinims.

3 Yoothaa puththirarilum, penyameen puththirarilum, eppiraayeem manaase enpavarkalin puththirarilum, erusalaemil kutiyirunthavarkal yaarental, And in Jerusalem dwelt of the children of Judah, and of the children of Benjamin, and of the children of Ephraim, and Manasseh;

4 Yoothaavin puththiranaakiya paeraesin santhathiyil paaniyin kumaaranaakiya imriyin makanaana umriΕ்kup pirantha ammiyoothiɠύ kumaaran Ίththaay. Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the children of Pharez the son of Judah.

5 Selaavina͠santhathiyil mooththavanaakiya asaayaavum, avan pillaikalum, And of the Shilonites; Asaiah the firstborn, and his sons.

6 Seraavin santhathiyil yekuvaelum, avan sakothararaakiya araுnoottaுththonnnnooraுpaerumae. And of the sons of Zerah; Jeuel, and their brethren, six hundred and ninety.

7 Penyameen puththiraril asenoovaavin kumaaranaakiya othaaviyaavukkup pirantha mesullaamin makan sallu. And of the sons of Benjamin; Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Hodaviah, the son of Hasenuah,

8 Erokaamin kumaaran ipneyaa; mikkiriyin kumaaranaakiya oosiyin makan aelaa; ipniyaavin kumaaranaakiya raekuvaelukkup pirantha sepathiyaavin makan mesullaam enpavarkalum; And Ibneiah the son of Jeroham, and Elah the son of Uzzi, the son of Michri, and Meshullam the son of Shephathiah, the son of Reuel, the son of Ibnijah;

9 Thangal santhathikalinpati iruntha ivarkal sakothararaakiya tholaayiraththu aimpaththaaraுpaerumae; intha manushar ellaarum, thangal pithaakkalin vamsaththilae pithaakkalin thalaivaraayirunthaarkal. And their brethren, according to their generations, nine hundred and fifty and six. All these men were chief of the fathers in the house of their fathers.

10 Aasaariyarkalil yethaayaa, yoyaarip, yaakin. And of the priests; Jedaiah, and Jehoiarib, and Jachin,

11 Akithoopin kumaaranaakiya meraayothin makan saathokkukkup pirantha mesullaavin kumaaranaakiya ilkkiyaavin makan asariyaa enpavan thaevaalayaththu visaarannaik karththan. And Azariah the son of Hilkiah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Meraioth, the son of Ahitub, the ruler of the house of God;

12 Malkiyaavin kumaaranaakiya paskoorukkup pirantha erokaamin makan athaayaa; immerin kumaaranaakiya mesillaemiththin makan mesullaamukkup pirantha yaaseraavin kumaaranaakiya aathiyaelin makan maasaay enpavarkalum, And Adaiah the son of Jeroham, the son of Pashur, the son of Malchijah, and Maasiai the son of Adiel, the son of Jahzerah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Meshillemith, the son of Immer;

13 Avarkal sakothararum, thangal pithaakkalin vamsaththalaivaraana aayiraththuelunoottaு araுpathupaer thaevaalayaththukkaduththa pannivitaikkuth thiramaiyullavarkalaayirunthaarkal. And their brethren, heads of the house of their fathers, a thousand and seven hundred and threescore; very able men for the work of the service of the house of God.

14 Laeviyaril meraariyin santhathiyaana asapiyaavin kumaaranaakiya asreekaamukkup pirantha asoopin makan semaayaa, And of the Levites; Shemaiah the son of Hasshub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, of the sons of Merari;

15 Pakpakkaar, aeraes, kaalaal, aasaapin kumaaranaakiya sikrikkup pirantha mikaavin makan maththaniyaa, And Bakbakkar, Heresh, and Galal, and Mattaniah the son of Micah, the son of Zichri, the son of Asaph;

16 Ethuththoonin kumaaranaakiya kaalaalukkup pirantha semaayaavin makan opathiyaa; neththopaaththiyarin kiraamangalil kutiyiruntha elkkaanaavin kumaaranaakiya aasaavin makan perakiyaa, And Obadiah the son of Shemaiah, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun, and Berechiah the son of Asa, the son of Elkanah, that dwelt in the villages of the Netophathites.

17 Vaasal kaavalaalikalaakiya salluூm, akkoop, thalmon, akimaan enpavarkalum, ivarkal sakothararumae; ivarkal thalaivan salluூm. And the porters were, Shallum, and Akkub, and Talmon, and Ahiman, and their brethren: Shallum was the chief;

18 Laevipuththirarin senaikalil ivarkal kilakkaeyirukkira raajaavin vaasalaik kaavalkaaththuvanthaarkal Who hitherto waited in the king's gate eastward: they were porters in the companies of the children of Levi.

19 Koraakin kumaaranaakiya epiyaasaapukkup pirantha koraeyin makan salluூmum, avan pithaavin vamsaththaaraakiya avanutaiya sakothararumaana koraakiyar pannivitaivaelaiyai visaariththu, avarkal pithaakkal karththarutaiya paalayaththilae vaasasthalaththirkuppokira valiyaik kaavalkaaththathupola, vaasasthalaththu vaasalkalaik kaaththuvanthaarkal. And Shallum the son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brethren, of the house of his father, the Korahites, were over the work of the service, keepers of the gates of the tabernacle: and their fathers, being over the host of the LORD, were keepers of the entry.

22 Vaasalkalaik kaakkiratharkuth therinthukollappatta ivarkalellaarum irunoottaுp panniranndupaeraayirunthu, thangal kiraamangalinpatiyae thangal vamsaththu attavannaikalil eluthappattarkal; Davidm, njaanathirushtikkaaranaakiya saamuvaelum, avarkalaith thangal vaelaikalil vaiththaarkal. All these which were chosen to be porters in the gates were two hundred and twelve. 23 Appatiyae avarkalum, avarkal kumaararum karththarutaiya aalayamaakiya vaasasthalaththu vaasalkalaik kaakkiravarkalai muraimuraiyaay visaariththu vanthaarkal. So they and their children had the oversight of the gates of the house of the LORD, namely, the house of the tabernacle, by wards.

24 Vaasalkalaik kaakkiravarkal naaluthisaikalaakiya kilakkilum maerkilum vadakkilum therkilum irunthaarkal. In four quarters were the porters, toward the east, west, north, and south.

25 Avarkal sakotharar thangal kiraamangalilirunthu, aelunaalukku oruvisai maarimaari avarkalotirukka varuvaarkal. And their brethren, which were in their villages, were to come after seven days from time to time with them.

26 Thaevaalayaththin panndakasaalaikal maelum pokkishasaalaikalmaelumulla visaarannai uththiyokam laeviyaraana antha naalu pirathaana kaavalaalarvasaththil oppuvikkappattathu. For these Levites, the four chief porters, were in their set office, and were over the chambers and treasuries of the house of God.

27 Kaaval avarkalukku oppuviththirunthapatiyaal avarkal thaevaalayaththaich suttilum iraaththangiyirunthu, kaalamae kathavukalaith thiranthuviduvaarkal. And they lodged round about the house of God, because the charge was upon them, and the opening thereof every morning pertained to them.

28 Avarkalil silaridaththil aaraathanai pannimuttukal oppuviththirunthathu; avarkal avaikalai ennnni ullae konndupoy, ennnni veliyae konnduvaruvaarkal. And certain of them had the charge of the ministering vessels, that they should bring them in and out by tale.

29 Avarkalil silar mattap pannimuttukalin Parisuththa paaththirangal ellaavattinmaelum, melliya maa, thiraatcharasam, ennnney, saampiraanni, sukanthavarkkangalinmaelum visaarannaikkaararaayirunthaarkal. Some of them also were appointed to oversee the vessels, and all the instruments of the sanctuary, and the fine flour, and the wine, and the oil, and the frankincense, and the spices.

30 Aasaariyarin kumaararil silar sukanthavarkkaththaal parimalathailam irakkuvaarkal. And some of the sons of the priests made the ointment of the spices.

31 Laeviyaril koraakiyanaana salluூmin mooththa kumaaranaakiya maththiththiyaavukkup palakaaram sudukira vaelaiyin visaarippu oppuviththirunthathu. And Mattithiah, one of the Levites, who was the firstborn of Shallum the Korahite, had the set office over the things that were made in the pans.

34 Laeviyaril pithaakkalin thalaivaraakiya ivarkal thangal santhathikalukkuth thalaimaiyaanavarkal; ivarkal erusalaemilae kutiyirunthaarkal. These chief fathers of the Levites were chief throughout their generations; these dwelt at Jerusalem.

35 Kipiyonilae kutiyirunthavarkal yaarental, kipiyonin mooppanaakiya yekiyael, ivan pennjaathiyinpaer maakkaal. And in Gibeon dwelt the father of Gibeon, Jehiel, whose wife's name was Maachah:

38 Mikloth seemiyaamaip pettaாn; ivarkalum thangal sakothararodungaூda erusalaemilirukkira thangal sakothararukkuch sameepaththil kutiyirunthaarkal. And Mikloth begat Shimeam. And they also dwelt with their brethren at Jerusalem, over against their brethren.

39 Naer geesaip pettaாn; gees savulaip pettaாn; savul yonaththaanaiyum, malkisoovaavaiyum, apinathaapaiyum, espaalaiyum pettaாn. And Ner begat Kish; and Kish begat Saul; and Saul begat Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal.

40 Yonaththaanin kumaaran meripaal; meripaal meekaavaip pettaாn. And the son of Jonathan was Meribbaal: and Meribbaal begat Micah.

41 Meekaavin kumaarar, piththon, maelaek, tharaeyaa, aakaas enpavarkal. And the sons of Micah were, Pithon, and Melech, and Tahrea, and Ahaz.

42 Aakaas yaaraakaip pettaாn; yaaraak alemaeththaiyum, asmaavaeththaiyum, simriyaiyum pettaாn; simri mosaavaip pettaாn. And Ahaz begat Jarah; and Jarah begat Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begat Moza;

43 Mosaa piniyaavaip pettaாn; ivan kumaaran rappaayaa; ivan kumaaran eliyaasaa; ivan kumaaran aathsel. And Moza begat Binea; and Rephaiah his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son.

44 Aathselukku aaraு kumaarar irunthaarkal; avarkal naamangalaavana, areekkaam, pokkuru, ismavael, seraayaa, opathiyaa, aanaan, ivarkal aathselin kumaarar. And Azel had six sons, whose names are these, Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan: these were the sons of Azel.
