1யோசேப்பின் குமாரனுடைய வம்சத்தாரில் மனாசேயின் குமாரனாகிய மாகீருக்குப் பிறந்த கீலேயாத்தின் வம்ச பிதாக்களான தலைவர் சேர்ந்து, மோசேக்கும் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருடைய பிதாக்களில் தலைவராகிய பிரபுக்களுக்கும் முன்பாகவந்து, அவர்களை நோக்கி:And the chief fathers of the families of the children of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of the families of the sons of Joseph, came near, and spake before Moses, and before the princes, the chief fathers of the children of Israel:

3இப்படியிருக்க, இவர்கள் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருடைய வேறொரு கோத்திரத்தின் புத்திரருக்கு மனைவிகளானால், அந்தக் குமாரத்திகளுடைய சுதந்தரம் எங்கள் பிதாக்களுடைய சுதந்தரத்திலிருந்து நீங்கி, அவர்கள் உட்படுகிற கோத்திரத்தின் சுதந்தரத்தோடே சேர்ந்துபோகும்; இப்படி எங்கள் சுதந்தரத்துக்குச் சீட்டினால் விழுந்த பங்கில் இராமல் அற்றுப்போகுமே.And if they be married to any of the sons of the other tribes of the children of Israel, then shall their inheritance be taken from the inheritance of our fathers, and shall be put to the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are received: so shall it be taken from the lot of our inheritance.
4இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்கு யூபிலி வருஷம் வந்தாலும், அவர்களுடைய சுதந்தரம் அவர்கள் உட்பட்டுப்போன கோத்திரத்தின் சுதந்தரத்தோடே சேர்ந்துபோகும்; இப்படி எங்கள் பிதாக்களுடைய கோத்திரத்தின் சுதந்தரத்திலிருந்து அது நீங்கிப்போகுமே என்றார்கள்.And when the jubilee of the children of Israel shall be, then shall their inheritance be put unto the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are received: so shall their inheritance be taken away from the inheritance of the tribe of our fathers.
5அப்பொழுது மோசே கர்த்தருடைய கட்டளையின்படியே இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரை நோக்கி: யோசேப்பு புத்திரரின் கோத்திரத்தார் சொல்லுகிறது சரியே.And Moses commanded the children of Israel according to the word of the LORD, saying, The tribe of the sons of Joseph hath said well.
6கர்த்தர் செலொப்பியாத்தின் குமாரத்திகளைக் குறித்த காரியத்தில் கட்டளையிடுகிறதாவது: அவர்கள் தங்களுக்கு இஷ்டமானவர்களை விவாகஞ்செய்யலாம்; ஆனாலும், தங்கள் பிதாவின் கோத்திரவம்சத்தாரில் மாத்திரம் அவர்கள் விவாகஞ்செய்யவேண்டும்.This is the thing which the LORD doth command concerning the daughters of Zelophehad, saying, Let them marry to whom they think best; only to the family of the tribe of their father shall they marry.

8இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் அவரவர் தங்கள் தங்கள் பிதாக்களின் சுதந்தரத்தை அநுபவிக்கும்படி, இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருடைய ஒரு கோத்திரத்திலே சுதந்தரம் அடைந்திருக்கிற எந்தக் குமாரத்தியும் தன் பிதாவின் கோத்திர வம்சத்தாரில் ஒருவனுக்கு மனைவியாகவேண்டும்.And every daughter, that possesseth an inheritance in any tribe of the children of Israel, shall be wife unto one of the family of the tribe of her father, that the children of Israel may enjoy every man the inheritance of his fathers.
9சுதந்தரமானது ஒரு கோத்திரத்தைவிட்டு வேறொரு கோத்திரத்தைச் சேரக் கூடாது; இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருடைய ஒவ்வொரு கோத்திரமும் தன்தன் சுதந்தரத்திலே நிலைகொண்டிருக்கவேண்டுமென்று கட்டளையிட்டிருக்கிறார் என்றான்.Neither shall the inheritance remove from one tribe to another tribe; but every one of the tribes of the children of Israel shall keep himself to his own inheritance.
10கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே செலொப்பியாத்தின் குமாரத்திகள் செய்தார்கள்.Even as the LORD commanded Moses, so did the daughters of Zelophehad:
11செலொப்பியாத்தின் குமாரத்திகளாகிய மக்லாள் திர்சாள் ஒக்லாள் மில்காள் நோவாள் என்பவர்கள் தங்கள் பிதாவின் சகோதரருடைய புத்திரரை விவாகம்பண்ணினார்கள்; அவர்கள் யோசேப்பின் குமாரனாகிய மனாசே புத்திரரின் வம்சத்தாரை விவாகம்பண்ணினபடியால்,For Mahlah, Tirzah, and Hoglah, and Milcah, and Noah, the daughters of Zelophehad, were married unto their father's brothers' sons:
12அவர்களுடைய சுதந்தரம் அவர்கள் பிதாவின் வம்சமான கோத்திரத்தோடே இருந்தது.And they were married into the families of the sons of Manasseh the son of Joseph, and their inheritance remained in the tribe of the family of their father.
13எரிகோவின் அருகே யோர்தானுக்கு இப்புறத்திலுள்ள மோவாபின் சமனான வெளிகளில் கர்த்தர் மோசேயைக்கொண்டு இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்கு விதித்த கட்டளைகளும் நியாயங்களும் இவைகளே.These are the commandments and the judgments, which the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses unto the children of Israel in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.
1Yoseppin kumaaranutaiya vamsaththaaril manaaseyin kumaaranaakiya maageerukkup pirantha geelaeyaaththin vamsa pithaakkalaana thalaivar sernthu, Moseskkum Israel puththirarutaiya pithaakkalil thalaivaraakiya pirapukkalukkum munpaakavanthu, avarkalai Nnokki:And the chief fathers of the families of the children of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of the families of the sons of Joseph, came near, and spake before Moses, and before the princes, the chief fathers of the children of Israel:
2Seettuppottu, thaesaththai Israel puththirarukkuch suthantharamaakak kodukkumpati engal aanndavanukkuk Karththar kattalaiyittarae; antiyum, engal sakotharanaakiya seloppiyaaththin suthantharaththai avan kumaaraththikalukkuk kodukkavaenndum entum engal aanndavanukkuk karththaraalae kattalaiyidappattathae.And they said, The LORD commanded my lord to give the land for an inheritance by lot to the children of Israel: and my lord was commanded by the LORD to give the inheritance of Zelophehad our brother unto his daughters.
3Ippatiyirukka, ivarkal Israel puththirarutaiya vaeroru koththiraththin puththirarukku manaivikalaanaal, anthak kumaaraththikalutaiya suthantharam engal pithaakkalutaiya suthantharaththilirunthu neengi, avarkal utpadukira koththiraththin suthantharaththotae sernthupokum; ippati engal suthantharaththukkuch seettinaal viluntha pangil iraamal attaுppokumae.And if they be married to any of the sons of the other tribes of the children of Israel, then shall their inheritance be taken from the inheritance of our fathers, and shall be put to the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are received: so shall it be taken from the lot of our inheritance.
4Israel puththirarukku yoopili varusham vanthaalum, avarkalutaiya suthantharam avarkal utpattuppona koththiraththin suthantharaththotae sernthupokum; ippati engal pithaakkalutaiya koththiraththin suthantharaththilirunthu athu neengippokumae entarkal.And when the jubilee of the children of Israel shall be, then shall their inheritance be put unto the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are received: so shall their inheritance be taken away from the inheritance of the tribe of our fathers.
5Appoluthu Moses karththarutaiya kattalaiyinpatiyae Israel puththirarai Nnokki: yoseppu puththirarin koththiraththaar sollukirathu sariyae.And Moses commanded the children of Israel according to the word of the LORD, saying, The tribe of the sons of Joseph hath said well.
6Karththar seloppiyaaththin kumaaraththikalaik kuriththa kaariyaththil kattalaiyidukirathaavathu: avarkal thangalukku ishdamaanavarkalai vivaakanjaெyyalaam; aanaalum, thangal pithaavin koththiravamsaththaaril maaththiram avarkal vivaakanjaெyyavaenndum.This is the thing which the LORD doth command concerning the daughters of Zelophehad, saying, Let them marry to whom they think best; only to the family of the tribe of their father shall they marry.
7Ippatiyae Israel puththirarin suthantharam oru koththiraththaivittu, vaeraு koththiraththukkup pokaathirukkum; Israel puththirar avaravar thangal thangal pithaakkalutaiya koththiraththin suthantharaththilae nilaikonntirukkavaenndum.So shall not the inheritance of the children of Israel remove from tribe to tribe: for every one of the children of Israel shall keep himself to the inheritance of the tribe of his fathers.
8Israel puththirar avaravar thangal thangal pithaakkalin suthantharaththai anupavikkumpati, Israel puththirarutaiya oru koththiraththilae suthantharam atainthirukkira enthak kumaaraththiyum than pithaavin koththira vamsaththaaril oruvanukku manaiviyaakavaenndum.And every daughter, that possesseth an inheritance in any tribe of the children of Israel, shall be wife unto one of the family of the tribe of her father, that the children of Israel may enjoy every man the inheritance of his fathers.
9Suthantharamaanathu oru koththiraththaivittu vaeroru koththiraththaich serak koodaathu; Israel puththirarutaiya ovvoru koththiramum thanthan suthantharaththilae nilaikonntirukkavaenndumentu kattalaiyittirukkiraar entan.Neither shall the inheritance remove from one tribe to another tribe; but every one of the tribes of the children of Israel shall keep himself to his own inheritance.
10Karththar Moseskkuk kattalaiyittapatiyae seloppiyaaththin kumaaraththikal seythaarkal.Even as the LORD commanded Moses, so did the daughters of Zelophehad:
11Seloppiyaaththin kumaaraththikalaakiya maklaal thirsaal oklaal milkaal Nnovaal enpavarkal thangal pithaavin sakothararutaiya puththirarai vivaakampannnninaarkal; avarkal yoseppin kumaaranaakiya manaase puththirarin vamsaththaarai vivaakampannnninapatiyaal,For Mahlah, Tirzah, and Hoglah, and Milcah, and Noah, the daughters of Zelophehad, were married unto their father's brothers' sons:
12Avarkalutaiya suthantharam avarkal pithaavin vamsamaana koththiraththotae irunthathu.And they were married into the families of the sons of Manasseh the son of Joseph, and their inheritance remained in the tribe of the family of their father.
13Erikovin arukae yorthaanukku ippuraththilulla movaapin samanaana velikalil Karththar Mosesyaikkonndu Israel puththirarukku vithiththa kattalaikalum niyaayangalum ivaikalae.These are the commandments and the judgments, which the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses unto the children of Israel in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.
