1 கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

2 சபையைக் கூடிவரவழைப்பதற்கும் பாளயங்களைப் பிரயாணப்படுத்துவதற்கும் உபயோகமாக இரண்டு வெள்ளிப்பூரிகைகளைச் செய்துகொள்வாயாக; அவைகள் ஒரே வெள்ளித்தகட்டால் செய்யப்படவேண்டும். Make thee two trumpets of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them: that thou mayest use them for the calling of the assembly, and for the journeying of the camps.

3 அவைகளை ஊதும்போது, சபையாரெல்லாரும் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரவாசலில் உன்னிடத்தில் கூடிவரவேண்டும். And when they shall blow with them, all the assembly shall assemble themselves to thee at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

4 ஒன்றைமாத்திரம் ஊதினால் இஸ்ரவேலில் ஆயிரவர்களுக்குத் தலைவராகிய பிரபுக்கள் உன்னிடத்தில் கூடிவரக்கடவர்கள். And if they blow but with one trumpet, then the princes, which are heads of the thousands of Israel, shall gather themselves unto thee.

5 நீங்கள் அவைகளைப் பெருந்தொனியாய் முழக்கும்போது, கிழக்கே இறங்கியிருக்கிற பாளயங்கள் பிரயாணப்படக்கடவது. When ye blow an alarm, then the camps that lie on the east parts shall go forward.

6 அவைகளை நீங்கள் இரண்டாந்தரம் பெருந்தொனியாய் முழக்கும்போது, தெற்கே இறங்கியிருக்கிற பாளயங்கள் பிரயாணப்படக்கடவது; அவர்களைப் பிரயாணப்படுத்துவதற்குப் பெருந்தொனியாய் முழக்கவேண்டும். When ye blow an alarm the second time, then the camps that lie on the south side shall take their journey: they shall blow an alarm for their journeys.

7 சபையைக் கூட்டுகிறதற்கு நீங்கள் ஊதவேண்டியதேயன்றி பெருந்தொனியாய் முழக்கவேண்டாம். But when the congregation is to be gathered together, ye shall blow, but ye shall not sound an alarm.

8 ஆரோனின் குமாரராகிய ஆசாரியர் பூரிகைகளை ஊதக்கடவர்கள்; உங்கள் தலைமுறைதோறும் இது உங்களுக்கு நித்திய கட்டளையாயிருக்கக்கடவது. And the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall blow with the trumpets; and they shall be to you for an ordinance for ever throughout your generations.

9 உங்கள் தேசத்தில் உங்களைத் துன்பப்படுத்துகிற சத்துருவுக்கு விரோதமாக யுத்தத்துக்குப் போகும்போது, பூரிகைகளைப் பெருந்தொனியாய் முழக்கக்கடவீர்கள்; அப்பொழுது உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருடைய சமுகத்திலே நீங்கள் நினைவுகூரப்பட்டு, உங்கள் பகைஞருக்கு நீங்கலாகி இரட்சிக்கப்படுவீர்கள். And if ye go to war in your land against the enemy that oppresseth you, then ye shall blow an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered before the LORD your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies.

10 உங்கள் மகிழ்ச்சியின் நாளிலும், உங்கள் பண்டிகைகளிலும், மாதப்பிறப்புகளிலும், உங்கள் சர்வாங்க தகனபலிகளும் சமாதானபலிகளும் செலுத்தப்படும்போது பூரிகைகளை ஊதவேண்டும்; அப்பொழுது அவைகள் உங்கள் தேவனுடைய சமுகத்தில் உங்களுக்கு ஞாபகக்குறியாயிக்கும்; நான் உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் என்றார். Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before your God: I am the LORD your God.

11 இரண்டாம் வருஷம் இரண்டாம் மாதம் இருபதாம் தேதியில் மேகம் சாட்சியினுடைய வாசஸ்தலத்தின் மீதிலிருந்து உயர எழும்பிற்று. And it came to pass on the twentieth day of the second month, in the second year, that the cloud was taken up from off the tabernacle of the testimony.

12 அப்பொழுது இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் சீனாய் வனாந்தரத்திலிருந்து தங்கள் பிரயாண வரிசைகளாய்ப் புறப்பட்டார்கள்; மேகம் பாரான் வனாந்தரத்தில் தங்கிற்று. And the children of Israel took their journeys out of the wilderness of Sinai; and the cloud rested in the wilderness of Paran.

13 இப்படியே கர்த்தர் மோசேயைக்கொண்டு கட்டளையிட்டபடி முதல் பிரயாணம்பண்ணினார்கள். And they first took their journey according to the commandment of the LORD by the hand of Moses.

14 யூதா சந்ததியாருடைய பாளயத்தின் கொடி அவர்கள் சேனைகளோடே முதல் புறப்பட்டது; அவனுடைய சேனைக்கு அம்மினதாபின் குமாரன் நகசோன் தலைவனாயிருந்தான். In the first place went the standard of the camp of the children of Judah according to their armies: and over his host was Nahshon the son of Amminadab.

15 இசக்கார் சந்ததியாருடைய கோத்திரத்தின் சேனைக்குச் சூவாரின் குமாரன் நெதனெயேல் தலைவனாயிருந்தான். And over the host of the tribe of the children of Issachar was Nethaneel the son of Zuar.

16 செபுலோன் சந்ததியாருடைய கோத்திரத்தின் சேனைக்கு ஏலோனின் குமாரன் எலியாப் தலைவனாயிருந்தான். And over the host of the tribe of the children of Zebulun was Eliab the son of Helon.

17 அப்பொழுது வாசஸ்தலம் இறக்கிவைக்கப்பட்டது; அதைக் கெர்சோன் புத்திரரும் மெராரி புத்திரரும் சுமந்துகொண்டு புறப்பட்டார்கள். And the tabernacle was taken down; and the sons of Gershon and the sons of Merari set forward, bearing the tabernacle.

18 அதற்குபின்பு ரூபன் சந்ததியாருடைய பாளயத்தின் கொடி அவர்கள் சேனைகளோடே புறப்பட்டது; அவனுடைய சேனைக்குச் சேதேயூரின் குமாரன் எலிசூர் தலைவனாயிருந்தான். And the standard of the camp of Reuben set forward according to their armies: and over his host was Elizur the son of Shedeur.

19 சிமியோன் சந்ததியாருடைய கோத்திரத்தின் சேனைக்குச் சூரிஷதாயின் குமாரன் செலுூமியேல் தலைவனாயிருந்தான். And over the host of the tribe of the children of Simeon was Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai.

20 காத் சந்ததியாருடைய கோத்திரத்தின் சேனைக்குத் தேகுவேலின் குமாரன் எலியாசாப் தலைவனாயிருந்தான். And over the host of the tribe of the children of Gad was Eliasaph the son of Deuel.

21 கோகாத்தியர் பரிசுத்தமானவைகளைச் சுமந்துகொண்டு புறப்பட்டார்கள்; இவர்கள் வந்து சேருமுன் மற்றவர்கள் வாசஸ்தலத்தை ஸ்தாபனம்பண்ணுவார்கள். And the Kohathites set forward, bearing the sanctuary: and the other did set up the tabernacle against they came.

23 மனாசே சந்ததியாருடைய கோத்திரத்தின் சேனைக்குப் பெதாசூரின் குமாரன் கமாலியேல் தலைவனாயிருந்தான். And over the host of the tribe of the children of Manasseh was Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur.

24 பென்யமீன் சந்ததியாருடைய கோத்திரத்தின் சேனைக்குக் கீதெயோனின் குமாரன் அபீதான் தலைவனாயிருந்தான். And over the host of the tribe of the children of Benjamin was Abidan the son of Gideoni.

25 அதற்குப்பின்பு, தாண் சந்ததியாருடைய பாளயத்தின் கொடி சகல பாளயங்களுக்கும் பின்னாக அவர்கள் சேனைகளோடே புறப்பட்டது; அவனுடைய சேனைக்கு அம்மிஷதாயின் குமாரன் அகியேசேர் தலைவனாயிருந்தான். And the standard of the camp of the children of Dan set forward, which was the rearward of all the camps throughout their hosts: and over his host was Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.

26 ஆசேர் சந்ததியாருடைய கோத்திரத்தின் சேனைக்கு ஓகிரானின் குமாரன் பாகியேல் தலைவனாயிருந்தான். And over the host of the tribe of the children of Asher was Pagiel the son of Ocran.

27 நப்தலி சந்ததியாருடைய கோத்திரத்தின் சேனைக்கு ஏனானின் குமாரன் அகீரா தலைவனாயிருந்தான். And over the host of the tribe of the children of Naphtali was Ahira the son of Enan.

28 இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் புறப்பட்டபோது, இவ்விதமாய்த் தங்கள் தங்கள் சேனைகளின்படியே பிரயாணம்பண்ணினார்கள். Thus were the journeyings of the children of Israel according to their armies, when they set forward.

29 அப்பொழுது மோசே தன் மாமனாகிய ரெகுவேல் என்னும் மீதியானனுடைய குமாரனான ஓபாவை நோக்கி: உங்களுக்குத் தருவேன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொன்ன ஸ்தலத்துக்கு நாங்கள் பிரயாணம்போகிறோம்; நீயும் எங்களோடேகூட வா, உனக்கு நன்மைசெய்வோம்; கர்த்தர் இஸ்ரவேலுக்கு நல்ல வாக்குத்தத்தம் பண்ணியிருக்கிறார் என்றான். And Moses said unto Hobab, the son of Raguel the Midianite, Moses' father in law, We are journeying unto the place of which the LORD said, I will give it you: come thou with us, and we will do thee good: for the LORD hath spoken good concerning Israel.

30 அதற்கு அவன்: நான் வரக் கூடாது; என் தேசத்துக்கும் என் இனத்தாரிடத்துக்கும் போகவேண்டும் என்றான். And he said unto him, I will not go; but I will depart to mine own land, and to my kindred.

31 அப்பொழுது மோசே: நீ எங்களைவிட்டுப் போகவேண்டாம்; வனாந்தரத்திலே நாங்கள் பாளயமிறங்கும் இடங்களை நீ அறிந்திருக்கிறபடியினால், எங்களுக்குக் கண்களைப்போல இருப்பாய். And he said, Leave us not, I pray thee; forasmuch as thou knowest how we are to encamp in the wilderness, and thou mayest be to us instead of eyes.

32 நீ எங்களோடேகூட வந்தால், கர்த்தர் எங்களுக்குச் செய்தருளும் நன்மையின்படியே உனக்கும் நன்மைசெய்வோம் என்றான். And it shall be, if thou go with us, yea, it shall be, that what goodness the LORD shall do unto us, the same will we do unto thee.

33 அவர்கள் கர்த்தருடைய பர்வதத்தைவிட்டு, மூன்றுநாள் பிரயாணம்போனார்கள்; மூன்றுநாள் பிரயாணத்திலும் கர்த்தருடைய உடன்படிக்கைப்பெட்டி அவர்களுக்கு இளைப்பாறும் ஸ்தலத்தைத் தேடிக் காட்டும்படிக்கு அவர்கள்முன் சென்றது. And they departed from the mount of the LORD three days' journey: and the ark of the covenant of the LORD went before them in the three days' journey, to search out a resting place for them.

34 அவர்கள் பாளயத்திலிருந்து பிரயாணம்போகிறபோது, கர்த்தருடைய மேகம் பகலில் அவர்கள்மேல் தங்கியிருந்தது. And the cloud of the LORD was upon them by day, when they went out of the camp.

35 பெட்டியானது புறப்படும்போது, மோசே: கர்த்தாவே, எழுந்தருளும், உம்முடைய சத்துருக்கள் சிதறடிக்கப்படுவார்களாக; உம்மைப் பகைக்கிறவர்கள் உமக்கு முன்பாக ஓடிப்போவார்களாக என்பான். And it came to pass, when the ark set forward, that Moses said, Rise up, LORD, and let thine enemies be scattered; and let them that hate thee flee before thee.

36 அது தங்கும்போது: கர்த்தாவே, அநேக ஆயிரவர்களாகிய இஸ்ரவேலரிடத்தில் திரும்புவீராக என்று சொல்லுவான். And when it rested, he said, Return, O LORD, unto the many thousands of Israel.

1 Karththar Mosesyai Nnokki: And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

2 Sabaiyaik kootivaravalaippatharkum paalayangalaip pirayaanappaduththuvatharkum upayokamaaka iranndu vellippoorikaikalaich seythukolvaayaaka; avaikal orae velliththakattal seyyappadavaenndum. Make thee two trumpets of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them: that thou mayest use them for the calling of the assembly, and for the journeying of the camps.

3 Avaikalai oothumpothu, Sabaiyaarellaarum aasarippuk koodaaravaasalil unnidaththil kootivaravaenndum. And when they shall blow with them, all the assembly shall assemble themselves to thee at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

4 Ontaimaaththiram oothinaal isravaelil aayiravarkalukkuth thalaivaraakiya pirapukkal unnidaththil kootivarakkadavarkal. And if they blow but with one trumpet, then the princes, which are heads of the thousands of Israel, shall gather themselves unto thee.

5 Neengal avaikalaip perunthoniyaay mulakkumpothu, kilakkae irangiyirukkira paalayangal pirayaanappadakkadavathu. When ye blow an alarm, then the camps that lie on the east parts shall go forward.

6 Avaikalai neengal iranndaantharam perunthoniyaay mulakkumpothu, therkae irangiyirukkira paalayangal pirayaanappadakkadavathu; avarkalaip pirayaanappaduththuvatharkup perunthoniyaay mulakkavaenndum. When ye blow an alarm the second time, then the camps that lie on the south side shall take their journey: they shall blow an alarm for their journeys.

7 Sabaiyaik koottukiratharku neengal oothavaenntiyathaeyanti perunthoniyaay mulakkavaenndaam. But when the congregation is to be gathered together, ye shall blow, but ye shall not sound an alarm.

8 Aaronin kumaararaakiya aasaariyar poorikaikalai oothakkadavarkal; ungal thalaimuraithoraுm ithu ungalukku niththiya kattalaiyaayirukkakkadavathu. And the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall blow with the trumpets; and they shall be to you for an ordinance for ever throughout your generations.

9 Ungal thaesaththil ungalaith thunpappaduththukira saththuruvukku virothamaaka yuththaththukkup pokumpothu, poorikaikalaip perunthoniyaay mulakkakkadaveerkal; appoluthu ungal thaevanaakiya karththarutaiya samukaththilae neengal ninaivukoorappattu, ungal pakainjarukku neengalaaki iratchikkappaduveerkal. 10 Ungal makilchchiyin naalilum, ungal panntikaikalilum, maathappirappukalilum, ungal sarvaanga thakanapalikalum samaathaanapalikalum seluththappadumpothu poorikaikalai oothavaenndum; appoluthu avaikal ungal thaevanutaiya samukaththil ungalukku njaapakakkuriyaayikkum; naan ungal thaevanaakiya Karththar entar. Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before your God: I am the LORD your God.

11 Iranndaam varusham iranndaam maatham irupathaam thaethiyil maekam saatchiyinutaiya vaasasthalaththin meethilirunthu uyara elumpittaு. And it came to pass on the twentieth day of the second month, in the second year, that the cloud was taken up from off the tabernacle of the testimony.

12 Appoluthu Israel puththirar seenaay vanaantharaththilirunthu thangal pirayaana varisaikalaayp purappattarkal; maekam paaraan vanaantharaththil thangittaு. And the children of Israel took their journeys out of the wilderness of Sinai; and the cloud rested in the wilderness of Paran.

13 Ippatiyae Karththar Mosesyaikkonndu kattalaiyittapati muthal pirayaanampannnninaarkal. And they first took their journey according to the commandment of the LORD by the hand of Moses.

14 Yoothaa santhathiyaarutaiya paalayaththin koti avarkal senaikalotae muthal purappattathu; avanutaiya senaikku amminathaapin kumaaran nakason thalaivanaayirunthaan. In the first place went the standard of the camp of the children of Judah according to their armies: and over his host was Nahshon the son of Amminadab.

15 Isakkaar santhathiyaarutaiya koththiraththin senaikkuch soovaarin kumaaran nethaneyael thalaivanaayirunthaan. And over the host of the tribe of the children of Issachar was Nethaneel the son of Zuar.

16 Sepulon santhathiyaarutaiya koththiraththin senaikku aelonin kumaaran eliyaap thalaivanaayirunthaan. And over the host of the tribe of the children of Zebulun was Eliab the son of Helon.

17 Appoluthu vaasasthalam irakkivaikkappattathu; athaik kerson puththirarum meraari puththirarum sumanthukonndu purappattarkal. And the tabernacle was taken down; and the sons of Gershon and the sons of Merari set forward, bearing the tabernacle.

18 Atharkupinpu roopan santhathiyaarutaiya paalayaththin koti avarkal senaikalotae purappattathu; avanutaiya senaikkuch sethaeyoorin kumaaran elisoor thalaivanaayirunthaan. And the standard of the camp of Reuben set forward according to their armies: and over his host was Elizur the son of Shedeur.

19 Simiyon santhathiyaarutaiya koththiraththin senaikkuch soorishathaayin kumaaran seluூmiyael thalaivanaayirunthaan. And over the host of the tribe of the children of Simeon was Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai.

20 Kaath santhathiyaarutaiya koththiraththin senaikkuth thaekuvaelin kumaaran eliyaasaap thalaivanaayirunthaan. And over the host of the tribe of the children of Gad was Eliasaph the son of Deuel.

21 Kokaaththiyar Parisuththamaanavaikalaich sumanthukonndu purappattarkal; ivarkal vanthu serumun mattavarkal vaasasthalaththai sthaapanampannnuvaarkal. And the Kohathites set forward, bearing the sanctuary: and the other did set up the tabernacle against they came.

22 Atharkuppinpu, eppiraayeem santhathiyaarutaiya paalayaththin koti avarkal senaikalotae purappattathu; avanutaiya senaikku ammiyoothin kumaaran elishaamaa thalaivanaayirunthaan. And the standard of the camp of the children of Ephraim set forward according to their armies: and over his host was Elishama the son of Ammihud.

23 Manaase santhathiyaarutaiya koththiraththin senaikkup pethaasoorin kumaaran kamaaliyael thalaivanaayirunthaan. And over the host of the tribe of the children of Manasseh was Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur.

24 Penyameen santhathiyaarutaiya koththiraththin senaikkuk geetheyonin kumaaran apeethaan thalaivanaayirunthaan. And over the host of the tribe of the children of Benjamin was Abidan the son of Gideoni.

25 Atharkuppinpu, thaann santhathiyaarutaiya paalayaththin koti sakala paalayangalukkum pinnaaka avarkal senaikalotae purappattathu; avanutaiya senaikku ammishathaayin kumaaran akiyaeser thalaivanaayirunthaan. And the standard of the camp of the children of Dan set forward, which was the rearward of all the camps throughout their hosts: and over his host was Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.

26 Aaser santhathiyaarutaiya koththiraththin senaikku okiraanin kumaaran paakiyael thalaivanaayirunthaan. And over the host of the tribe of the children of Asher was Pagiel the son of Ocran.

27 Napthali santhathiyaarutaiya koththiraththin senaikku aenaanin kumaaran ageeraa thalaivanaayirunthaan. And over the host of the tribe of the children of Naphtali was Ahira the son of Enan.

28 Israel puththirar purappattapothu, ivvithamaayth thangal thangal senaikalinpatiyae pirayaanampannnninaarkal. Thus were the journeyings of the children of Israel according to their armies, when they set forward.

29 Appoluthu Moses than maamanaakiya rekuvael ennum meethiyaananutaiya kumaaranaana opaavai Nnokki: ungalukkuth tharuvaen entu Karththar sonna sthalaththukku naangal pirayaanampokirom; neeyum engalotaekooda vaa, unakku nanmaiseyvom; Karththar isravaelukku nalla vaakkuththaththam pannnniyirukkiraar entan. 32 Nee engalotaekooda vanthaal, Karththar engalukkuch seytharulum nanmaiyinpatiyae unakkum nanmaiseyvom entan. And it shall be, if thou go with us, yea, it shall be, that what goodness the LORD shall do unto us, the same will we do unto thee.

33 Avarkal karththarutaiya parvathaththaivittu, moontunaal pirayaanamponaarkal; moontunaal pirayaanaththilum karththarutaiya udanpatikkaippetti avarkalukku ilaippaaraுm sthalaththaith thaetik kaattumpatikku avarkalmun sentathu. And they departed from the mount of the LORD three days' journey: and the ark of the covenant of the LORD went before them in the three days' journey, to search out a resting place for them.

34 Avarkal paalayaththilirunthu pirayaanampokirapothu, karththarutaiya maekam pakalil avarkalmael thangiyirunthathu. And the cloud of the LORD was upon them by day, when they went out of the camp.

35 Pettiyaanathu purappadumpothu, Moses: karththaavae, eluntharulum, ummutaiya saththurukkal sitharatikkappaduvaarkalaaka; ummaip pakaikkiravarkal umakku munpaaka otippovaarkalaaka enpaan. And it came to pass, when the ark set forward, that Moses said, Rise up, LORD, and let thine enemies be scattered; and let them that hate thee flee before thee.

36 Athu thangumpothu: karththaavae, anaeka aayiravarkalaakiya isravaelaridaththil thirumpuveeraaka entu solluvaan. And when it rested, he said, Return, O LORD, unto the many thousands of Israel.
