நீ பரதேசியாய்த் தங்கிவருகிற கானான் தேசமுழுவதையும், உனக்கும் உனக்குப் பின்வரும் உன் சந்ததிக்கும் நித்திய சுதந்தரமாகக் கொடுத்து, நான் அவர்களுக்குத் தேவனாயிருப்பேன் என்றார்.

நீ பரதேசியாகத் தங்கிவருகிற கானான் தேசம் முழுவதையும், உனக்கும் உனக்குப் பின்வரும் உன் சந்ததிக்கும் என்றென்றைக்கும் சொந்தமாகக் கொடுத்து, நான் அவர்களுக்குத் தேவனாக இருப்பேன் என்றார்.

நான் இந்த பூமியை உனக்கும் உன் சந்ததிக்கும் தருவேன். நீ பரதேசியாய் தங்கி வருகிற கானான் நாடு முழுவதையும் தருவேன். என்றென்றைக்கும் இது உனக்கு உரியதாகும். நான் உனது தேவனாயிருப்பேன்” என்றார்.

thee, אֵ֣ת׀ ʾēt ate
the land אֶ֣רֶץ ʾereṣ eh-RETS
wherein thou art a stranger, מְגֻרֶ֗יךָ māgûr ma-ɡOOR
אֵ֚ת ʾēt ate
all כָּל kōl kole
the land אֶ֣רֶץ ʾereṣ eh-RETS
