ஜாதிகளே, அவருடைய ஜனங்களோடேகூடக் களிகூருங்கள்; அவர் தமது ஊழியக்காரரின் இரத்தத்திற்குப் பழிவாங்கி, தம்முடைய சத்துருக்களுக்குப் பதிலளித்து, தமது தேசத்தின்மேலும் தமது ஜனங்களின்மேலும் கிருபையுள்ளவராவார்.
