இன்று எத்திசையில் போய்க் கொள்ளையடித்தீர்கள் என்று ஆகீஸ் கேட்கும்போது, தாவீது: யூதாவுடைய தென் திசையிலும் யெராமியேலருடைய தென் திசையிலும் கேனியருடைய தென் திசையிலும் என்பான்.

தாவீது இவ்வாறு பலமுறைச் செய்தான். ஆகீஸ் அவனிடம், “யாரோடு எங்கே போரிட்டு இவற்றை எடுத்து வருகிறாய்?” என்று கேட்டான். அதற்கு தாவீது, “நான் யூதாவின் தென்பகுதியில் சண்டையிட்டு வருகிறேன்” என்பான். அல்லது, “நான் யெராமியேலின் தென்பகுதியில் சண்டையிட்டேன்” என்பான். அல்லது “நான் கேனியருடைய தென்பகுதியில் சண்டையிட்டேன்” என்பான்.
