Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice: and let men say among the nations, The LORD reigneth.

Let the heavens הַשָּׁמַ֙יִם֙ šāmayim sha-ma-YEEM
rejoice: וְתָגֵ֣ל gîl ɡeel
and let the earth הָאָ֔רֶץ ʾereṣ eh-RETS
and let say וְיֹֽאמְר֥וּ ʾāmar ah-MAHR
