அங்கே இராத்திரியிலே பவுலுக்கு ஒரு தரிசனம் உண்டாயிற்று; அதென்னவெனில், மக்கெதோனியா தேசத்தானொருவன் வந்துநின்று: நீர் மக்கெதோனியாவுக்கு வந்து எங்களுக்கு உதவிசெய்ய வேண்டுமென்று தன்னை வேண்டிக்கொண்டதாக இருந்தது.

அங்கே இராத்திரியிலே பவுலுக்கு ஒரு தரிசனம் உண்டானது; அது என்னவென்றால், மக்கெதோனியா தேசத்தைச் சேர்ந்த ஒருவன் வந்துநின்று: நீர் மக்கெதோனியாவிற்கு வந்து எங்களுக்கு உதவிசெய்யவேண்டும் என்று பவுலை வேண்டிக்கொண்டதாக இருந்தது.

அன்றிரவு பவுல் ஒரு காட்சியைக் கண்டான். அந்தக் காட்சியில் மக்கதோனியா நாட்டைச் சேர்ந்த ஒரு மனிதன் பவுலிடம் வந்தான். அம்மனிதன் அங்கு நின்று, “மக்கதோனியாவுக்கு வந்து எங்களுக்கு உதவுங்கள்” என்றான்.

பவுல் அங்கு இரவில் ஒரு காட்சி கண்டார். அதில் மாசிதோனியர் ஒருவர் வந்து நின்று, “நீர் மாசிதோனியாவுக்கு வந்து எங்களுக்கு உதவி செய்யும்” என்று வேண்டினார்.
