அன்றியும் தேசத்திலே பிறந்தவர்களிலாகிலும் அந்நியர்களிலாகிலும், எவனாவது துணிகரமாய் யாதொன்றைச் செய்தால், அவன் கர்த்தரை நிந்திக்கிறான்; அந்த ஆத்துமா தன் ஜனத்தாரில் இராதபடிக்கு அறுப்புண்டுபோகவேண்டும்.
