उठ! राती रोऊ! रातको प्रत्येक पहरको शुरूमा रोऊ। हृदयलाई परमप्रभुको समीप पोखाऊ। परमप्रभुसँग प्रार्थनाको लागि हात उचाल। आफ्ना नानीहरूको जीवनका निम्ति प्रार्थना गर। भोकले बेहोस भएका नानीहरूलाई जीवनदान दिने प्रार्थना गर। उनीहरू शहरका बाटो-घाटोमा खाना बिनानै बेहोस हुँदैछन्।

Arise, cry aloud in the night, At the beginning of the watches. Pour out as water thy heart, Over against the face of the Lord, Lift up unto Him thy hands, for the soul of thine infants, Who are feeble with hunger at the head of all out-places.

cry out רֹ֣נִּי rānan ra-NAHN
in the night: בַלַּ֗יְלָ layil la-YEEL
in the beginning לְרֹאשׁ֙ rōš rohsh
of the watches אַשְׁמֻר֔וֹת ʾašmurâ ash-moo-RA
pour out שִׁפְכִ֤י šāpak sha-FAHK
like water כַמַּ֙יִם֙ mayim ma-YEEM
thine heart לִבֵּ֔ךְ lēb lave
before נֹ֖כַח nōkaḥ noh-HAHK
the face פְּנֵ֣י pānîm pa-NEEM
of the Lord: אֲדֹנָ֑י ʾădōnāy uh-doh-NAI
lift up שְׂאִ֧י nāśāʾ na-SA
