கிழக்கேயும் மேற்கேயுமிருக்கிற கானானியரிடத்திற்கும், மலைகளிலிருக்கிற எமோரியர், ஏத்தியர், பெரிசியர், எபூசியரிடத்திற்கும், எர்மோன் மலையின் அடியிலே மிஸ்பா சீமையிலிருக்கிற ஏவியரிடத்திற்கும் ஆள் அனுப்பினான்.
