நீ பூமியிலிருந்து எடுக்கப்பட்டபடியால், நீ பூமிக்குத் திரும்புமட்டும் உன் முகத்தின் வேர்வையால் ஆகாரம் புசிப்பாய்; நீ மண்ணாயிருக்கிறாய், மண்ணுக்குத் திரும்புவாய் என்றார்.

உனது முகம் வேர்வையால் நிறையும்படி கஷ்டப்பட்டு உழைத்து உனது உணவை உண்பாய். மரிக்கும்வரை நீ கஷ்டப்பட்டு உழைப்பாய். உன்னை மண்ணால் உருவாக்கினேன். நீ மரிக்கும்போது மீண்டும் மண்ணுக்கே திரும்புவாய்” என்றார்.
