Deuteronomy 3:1-11 in Tamil in Tamil

1 பின்பு நாம் திரும்பி, பாசானுக்குப் போகிற வழியாய்ப் போனோம்; பாசானின் ராஜாவாகிய ஓக் தன்னுடைய சகல ஜனங்களோடும் நம்மோடே எதிர்த்து யுத்தம்பண்ணும்படி புறப்பட்டு, எத்ரேயிக்கு வந்தான். Then we turned, and went up the way to Bashan: and Og the king of Bashan came out against us, he and all his people, to battle at Edrei.

2 அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் என்னை நோக்கி: அவனுக்குப் பயப்படவேண்டாம்; அவனையும் அவனுடைய ஜனங்கள் எல்லாரையும் அவன் தேசத்தையும் உன் கையில் ஒப்புக்கொடுத்தேன்; எஸ்போனிலே குடியிருந்த எமோரியரின் ராஜாவாகிய சீகோனுக்கு நீ செய்ததுபோல, அவனுக்கும் செய்வாய் என்றார். And the LORD said unto me, Fear him not: for I will deliver him, and all his people, and his land, into thy hand; and thou shalt do unto him as thou didst unto Sihon king of the Amorites, which dwelt at Heshbon.

3 அப்படியே நம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் பாசானின் ராஜாவாகிய ஓகையும் அவனுடைய சகல ஜனங்களையும் நம்முடைய கையில் ஒப்புக்கொடுத்தார்; அவனுக்கு ஒருவரும் மீதியாயிராமற்போகுமட்டும் அவனை முறிய அடித்தோம். So the LORD our God delivered into our hands Og also, the king of Bashan, and all his people: and we smote him until none was left to him remaining.

4 அக்காலத்திலே அவனுடைய பட்டணங்களையெல்லாம் பிடித்தோம்; அவர்களிடத்தில் நாம் பிடித்துக்கொள்ளாத பட்டணம் இல்லை; பாசானிலிருந்த ஓகின் ராஜ்யமான அறுபது பட்டணங்களுள்ள அர்கோப் தேசம் முழுவதையும் பிடித்தோம். And we took all his cities at that time, there was not a city which we took not from them, threescore cities, all the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan.

5 அந்தப் பட்டணங்களெல்லாம் உயர்ந்த மதில்களாலும் அரணாக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது; அவைகள் அன்றி, மதிலில்லாத பட்டணங்களும் அநேகம். All these cities were fenced with high walls, gates, and bars; beside unwalled towns a great many.

6 அவைகளையும் சங்காரம்பண்ணினோம்; நாம் எஸ்போனின் ராஜாவாகிய சீகோனுக்குச் செய்ததுபோல, அந்த எல்லாப் பட்டணங்களிலுமுள்ள புருஷரையும் ஸ்திரீகளையும் பிள்ளைகளையும் சங்காரம்பண்ணினோம். And we utterly destroyed them, as we did unto Sihon king of Heshbon, utterly destroying the men, women, and children, of every city.

7 ஆனாலும் பட்டணங்களிலுள்ள ஆஸ்தியையும் சகல மிருகஜீவன்களையும் நமக்கென்று கொள்ளையிட்டோம். But all the cattle, and the spoil of the cities, we took for a prey to ourselves.

8 இப்படியே யோர்தானுக்கு இப்புறத்திலுள்ள அர்னோன் நதிதொடங்கி, எர்மோன் மலைவரைக்குமுள்ள தேசத்தை நாம் அக்காலத்தில் ஏமோரியருடைய இரண்டு ராஜாக்களிடமிருந்து பிடித்தோம். And we took at that time out of the hand of the two kings of the Amorites the land that was on this side Jordan, from the river of Arnon unto mount Hermon;

9 சீதோனியர் எர்மோனைச் சீரியோன் என்கிறார்கள்; எமோரியரோ அதைச் சேனீர் என்கிறார்கள். (Which Hermon the Sidonians call Sirion; and the Amorites call it Shenir;)

10 சமனான நாட்டின் எல்லாப் பட்டணங்களையும், கீலேயாத் முழுவதையும், சல்காயி, எத்ரேயி என்னும் பாசானிலிருந்த ஓகுடைய ராஜ்யத்தின் பட்டணங்கள்மட்டுமுள்ள பாசான் முழுவதையும் பிடித்தோம். All the cities of the plain, and all Gilead, and all Bashan, unto Salchah and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan.

11 மீந்திருந்த இராட்சதரில் பாசானின் ராஜாவாகிய ஓக் என்பவன்மாத்திரம் தப்பியிருந்தான்; இரும்பினாற் செய்த அவனுடைய கட்டில் மனிதருடைய கை முழத்தின்படியே, ஒன்பது முழ நீளமும் நாலுமுழ அகலமுமாயிருந்தது; அது அம்மோன் புத்திரருடைய ரப்பாபட்டணத்தில் இருக்கிறதல்லவா? For only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of giants; behold his bedstead was a bedstead of iron; is it not in Rabbath of the children of Ammon? nine cubits was the length thereof, and four cubits the breadth of it, after the cubit of a man.

1 Pinpu naam thirumpi, paasaanukkup pokira valiyaayp ponom; paasaanin raajaavaakiya ok thannutaiya sakala janangalodum nammotae ethirththu yuththampannnumpati purappattu, ethraeyikku vanthaan. Then we turned, and went up the way to Bashan: and Og the king of Bashan came out against us, he and all his people, to battle at Edrei.

2 Appoluthu Karththar ennai Nnokki: avanukkup payappadavaenndaam; avanaiyum avanutaiya janangal ellaaraiyum avan thaesaththaiyum un kaiyil oppukkoduththaen; esponilae kutiyiruntha emoriyarin raajaavaakiya seekonukku nee seythathupola, avanukkum seyvaay entar. And the LORD said unto me, Fear him not: for I will deliver him, and all his people, and his land, into thy hand; and thou shalt do unto him as thou didst unto Sihon king of the Amorites, which dwelt at Heshbon.

3 Appatiyae nammutaiya thaevanaakiya Karththar paasaanin raajaavaakiya okaiyum avanutaiya sakala janangalaiyum nammutaiya kaiyil oppukkoduththaar; avanukku oruvarum meethiyaayiraamarpokumattum avanai muriya atiththom. So the LORD our God delivered into our hands Og also, the king of Bashan, and all his people: and we smote him until none was left to him remaining.

4 Akkaalaththilae avanutaiya pattanangalaiyellaam pitiththom; avarkalidaththil naam pitiththukkollaatha pattanam illai; paasaaniliruntha okin raajyamaana araுpathu pattanangalulla arkop thaesam muluvathaiyum pitiththom. And we took all his cities at that time, there was not a city which we took not from them, threescore cities, all the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan.

5 Anthap pattanangalellaam uyarntha mathilkalaalum arannaakkappattirunthathu; avaikal anti, mathilillaatha pattanangalum anaekam. All these cities were fenced with high walls, gates, and bars; beside unwalled towns a great many.

6 Avaikalaiyum sangaarampannnninom; naam esponin raajaavaakiya seekonukkuch seythathupola, antha ellaap pattanangalilumulla purusharaiyum sthireekalaiyum pillaikalaiyum sangaarampannnninom. And we utterly destroyed them, as we did unto Sihon king of Heshbon, utterly destroying the men, women, and children, of every city.

7 Aanaalum pattanangalilulla aasthiyaiyum sakala mirukajeevankalaiyum namakkentu kollaiyittaோm. But all the cattle, and the spoil of the cities, we took for a prey to ourselves.

8 Ippatiyae yorthaanukku ippuraththilulla arnon nathithodangi, ermon malaivaraikkumulla thaesaththai naam akkaalaththil aemoriyarutaiya iranndu raajaakkalidamirunthu pitiththom. And we took at that time out of the hand of the two kings of the Amorites the land that was on this side Jordan, from the river of Arnon unto mount Hermon;

9 Seethoniyar ermonaich seeriyon enkiraarkal; emoriyaro athaich seneer enkiraarkal. (Which Hermon the Sidonians call Sirion; and the Amorites call it Shenir;)

10 Samanaana naattin ellaap pattanangalaiyum, geelaeyaath muluvathaiyum, salkaayi, ethraeyi ennum paasaaniliruntha okutaiya raajyaththin pattanangalmattumulla paasaan muluvathaiyum pitiththom. All the cities of the plain, and all Gilead, and all Bashan, unto Salchah and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan.

11 Meenthiruntha iraatchatharil paasaanin raajaavaakiya ok enpavanmaaththiram thappiyirunthaan; irumpinaar seytha avanutaiya kattil manitharutaiya kai mulaththinpatiyae, onpathu mula neelamum naalumula akalamumaayirunthathu; athu ammon puththirarutaiya rappaapattanaththil irukkirathallavaa? For only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of giants; behold his bedstead was a bedstead of iron; is it not in Rabbath of the children of Ammon? nine cubits was the length thereof, and four cubits the breadth of it, after the cubit of a man.
