அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் என்னைப் பார்த்து: நீங்கள் உங்கள் சத்துருக்களுக்கு முன்பாக முறிந்துபோகாதபடிக்கு, போகாமலும் யுத்தம்பண்ணாமலும் இருப்பீர்களாக; நான் உங்கள் நடுவே இரேன் என்று அவர்களுக்குச் சொல் என்றார்.

ஆனால் கர்த்தர் என்னிடம், ‘மலை மீதேறி போராட வேண்டாமென்று ஜனங்களிடம் சொல். ஏனென்றால் நான் அவர்களுடன் இருக்கமாட்டேன். அவர்களை எதிரிகள் தோற்கடிப்பார்கள்!’ என்று கூறினார்.

unto אֵלַ֗י ʾēl ale
me, Say אֱמֹ֤ר ʾāmar ah-MAHR
לָהֶם֙
לֹ֤א lōʾ loh
unto them, Go not up, תַֽעֲלוּ֙ ʿālâ ah-LA
neither וְלֹא lōʾ loh
fight; תִלָּ֣חֲמ֔וּ lāḥam la-HAHM
for כִּ֥י kî kee
I not אֵינֶ֖נִּי ʾayin ah-YEEN
among בְּקִרְבְּכֶ֑ם qereb keh-REV
you; lest וְלֹא֙ lōʾ loh
ye be smitten תִּנָּֽגְפ֔וּ nāgap na-ɡAHF
