the fat הַחֵלֶב֮ ḥeleb heh-LEV
that covereth הַֽמְכַסֶּ֣ה kāsâ ka-SA
אֶת ʾēt ate
the inwards, הַקֶּרֶב֒ qereb keh-REV
וְאֵ֗ת ʾēt ate
and the caul הַיֹּתֶ֙רֶת֙ yōteret yoh-teh-RET
above עַל ʿal al
the liver, הַכָּבֵ֔ד kābēd ka-VADE
וְאֵת֙ ʾēt ate
and the two שְׁתֵּ֣י šĕnayim sheh-na-YEEM
kidneys, הַכְּלָיֹ֔ת kilyâ keel-YA
