அந்த மனுஷன் சீலோவிலே சேனைகளின் கர்த்தரைப் பணிந்து கொள்ளவும் அவருக்குப் பலியிடவும் வருஷந்தோறும் தன் ஊரிலிருந்து போய்வருவான்; அங்கே கர்த்தரின் ஆசாரியரான ஏலியின் இரண்டு குமாரராகிய ஓப்னியும் பினெகாசும் இருந்தார்கள்.

ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் எல்க்கானா தனது நகரமான ராமாவை விட்டு சீலோவுக்குப் போவான். அங்கு அவன் சர்வ வல்லமையுள்ள கர்த்தரை தொழுதுகொண்டான், அங்கு கர்த்தருக்குப் பலிகளும் செலுத்தினான். சீலோவில் ஓப்னியும் பினெகாசும் கர்த்தருடைய ஆசாரியர்களாக சேவை செய்து வந்தனர். இவர்கள் ஏலியின் மகன்கள்.
