அவனைப் பகைத்து, தன் கையினால் அடித்ததினாலாயினும், அவன் செத்துப்போனால், அடித்தவன் கொலைபாதகன்; அவன் கொலைசெய்யப்படவேண்டும் பழிவாங்குகிறவன் கொலைபாதகனைக் கண்டமாத்திரத்தில் கொன்றுபோடலாம்.
