எண்ணாகமம் 25:13
அவன் தன் தேவனுக்காக பக்திவைராக்கியம் காண்பித்து, இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்காகப் பாவநிவர்த்தி செய்தபடியினால், அவனுக்கும் அவனுக்குப் பின்பு அவன் சந்ததிக்கும் நித்திய ஆசாரிய பட்டத்திற்குரிய உடன்படிக்கை உண்டாயிருக்கும் என்று சொல் என்றார்.

அவன் தன்னுடைய தேவனுக்காக பக்திவைராக்கியம் காண்பித்து, இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களுக்காகப் பாவநிவிர்த்தி செய்தபடியினால், அவனுக்கும் அவனுக்குப் பின்பு அவன் சந்ததிக்கும் நிரந்தர ஆசாரிய பட்டத்திற்குரிய உடன்படிக்கை உண்டாயிருக்கும் என்று சொல் என்றார்.

அவனும் அவனது குடும்பத்திலுள்ளவர்களும், அவனுக்குப் பின் வாழும் சந்ததியினரும் எப்போதும் ஆசாரியர்களாக இருப்பார்கள். ஏனென்றால் அவனுக்கு தேவன் மீது பலமான பக்தியுள்ளது. இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்களை சுத்தப்படுத்தும் செயல்களை அவன் செய்துவிட்டான்” என்றார்.
