ராஜா இந்த வார்த்தைகளைக் கேட்டபோது, தன்னில் மிகவும் சஞ்சலப்பட்டு, தானியேலைக் காப்பாற்றும்படிக்கு அவன்பேரில் தன் மனதை வைத்து, அவனைத் தப்புவிக்கிறதற்காகச் சூரியன் அஸ்தமிக்கு மட்டும் பிரயாசப்பட்டுக்கொண்டிருந்தான்.

ராஜா இந்த வார்த்தைகளைக் கேட்டபோது, தன்னில் மிகவும் கலக்கமடைந்து, தானியேலைக் காப்பாற்றுவதற்கு அவன்மேல் தன் மனதை வைத்து, அவனைத் தப்புவிப்பதற்காக சூரியன் மறையும்வரை முயற்சிசெய்துகொண்டிருந்தான்.
