அவன் கர்த்தருடைய பார்வைக்குச் செம்மையானதைச் செய்து, தன் தகப்பனாகிய தாவீதின் வழிகளில், வலது இடதுபுறமாக விலகாமல் நடந்தான்.

யோசியா சரியான செயல்களையே செய்தான். கர்த்தருடைய விருப்பப்படியே நல்ல காரியங்களையே அவன் செய்தான். அவன் தனது முற்பிதாவான தாவீதைப் போன்று நல்ல செயல்களைச் செய்துவந்தான். யோசியா நல்ல காரியங்களைச் செய்வதில் இருந்து திரும்பவே இல்லை.
