ஆகையால் கர்த்தர் அவன் கையில் ராஜ்யபாரத்தைத் திடப்படுத்தினார்; யூதா கோத்திரத்தார் எல்லாரும் யோசபாததுக்குக் காணிக்கைகளைக் கொண்டுவந்தார்கள்; அவனுக்கு ஐசுவரியமும் கனமும் மிகுதியாயிருந்தது.

ஆகையால் கர்த்தர் அவன் கையில் அரசாட்சியை உறுதிப்படுத்தினார்; யூதா கோத்திரத்தார் எல்லோரும் யோசபாத்திற்குக் காணிக்கைகளைக் கொண்டுவந்தார்கள்; அவனுக்கு ஐசுவரியமும் கனமும் அதிகமாயிருந்தது.

யோசபாத்தை யூதாவின் பலம் பொருந்திய அரசனாக கர்த்தர் ஆக்கினார். யூதாவிலுள்ள அனைத்து ஜனங்களும் அவனுக்கு அன்பளிப்புக்களைக் கொண்டு வந்தனர். இதனால் யோசபாத் பெருஞ் செல்வமும் பெருமையும் அடைந்தான்.
