அங்கே அவர்களை ஆளுகிற சின்ன பென்யமீனும், யூதாவின் பிரபுக்களும் அவர்கள் கூட்டமும், செபுலோனின் பிரபுக்களும், நப்தலியின் பிரபுக்களும் உண்டு.
