அவன் இருதயத்தின் நினைவு எப்படியோ, அப்படியே அவன் இருக்கிறான்; புசியும், பானம்பண்ணும் என்று அவன் உன்னோடே சொன்னாலும், அவன் இருதயம் உன்னோடே இராது.

அவனுடைய இருதயத்தின் நினைவு எப்படியோ, அப்படியே அவனும் இருக்கிறான்; சாப்பிடும், குடியும் என்று அவன் உன்னோடு சொன்னாலும், அவனுடைய இருதயம் உன்னோடு இருக்காது.

எப்பொழுதும் அவன் அதன் விலையையே நினைத்துக்கொண்டிருக்கும் தன்மையுடையவன். அவன் உன்னிடம், “உண்ணு, பருகு” என்று கூறலாம். ஆனால் அவனது விருப்பம் உண்மையானது அல்ல.

he: ה֥וּא hûʾ hoo
Eat אֱכ֣וֹל ʾākal ah-HAHL
and drink, וּ֭שְׁתֵה šātâ sha-TA
