அப்பொழுது ஆசாரியன் கேதுருக்கட்டையையும் ஈசோப்பையும் சிவப்புநூலையும் எடுத்து, கிடாரி எரிக்கப்படுகிற நெருப்பின் நடுவிலே போடக்கடவன்.
