ஊருணிவாசலை மிஸ்பாவின் மாகாணத்துப் பிரபுவாகிய கொல்லோசேயின் குமாரன் சல்லூம் பழுதுபார்த்து, அதைக் கட்டி மச்சுப்பாவி, அதற்குக் கதவுகளையும் பூட்டுகளையும் தாழ்ப்பாள்களையும் போட்டு, ராஜாவின் சிங்காரத் தோட்டத்தண்டையிலிருக்கிற சீலோவாவின் குளத்து மதிலையும், தாவீதின் நகரத்திலிருந்து இறங்குகிற படிகள் மட்டாக இருக்கிறதையும் கட்டினான்.

நீரூற்று வாசலை பழுதுபார்த்தான், கொல்லோசேயின் மகனான சல்லூம் மிஸ்பா மாகாணத்து ஆளுநர். அவன் வாசலை அமைத்து அதற்குக் கூரையையும் போட்டான். பிறகு அதற்கு கதவுகளையும் வைத்தான். அதற்குரிய பூட்டுகளையும் தாழ்ப்பாள்களையும் போட்டு வைத்தான். சல்லூம், கூட சீலோவாவின் குளத்து சுவரையும் கட்டினான். அது அரசனுடைய தோட்டத்தை அடுத்து இருந்தது. தாவீது நகரத்திலிருந்து இறங்குகிற படிக்கட்டுகளையும் அவன் கட்டிமுடித்தான்.
