சாட்சியாகிய ஒருவன், இடப்பட்ட ஆணையைக் கேட்டிருந்தும், தான் கண்டதையும் அறிந்ததையும் தெரிவியாதிருந்து பாவஞ்செய்தால், அவன் தன் அக்கிரமத்தைச் சுமப்பான்.
