போஸ்றா பாழும் நிந்தையும் அவாந்தரமும் சாபமுமாக இருக்குமென்றும், அதின் பட்டணங்கள் எல்லாம் நித்திய வனாந்தரங்களாயிருக்குமென்றும் என்னைக்கொண்டு ஆணையிட்டேன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.

கர்த்தர் கூறுகிறார், “எனது சொந்த வல்லமையினால், நான் இந்த வாக்குறுதியைச் செய்கிறேன். போஸ்றா பட்டணம் அழியப்போகிறது என்று நான் வாக்குக் கொடுக்கிறேன். அந்த பட்டணம் பாறைக் குவியலாக அழியும். ஜனங்கள் மற்ற நகரங்களுக்கு ஏற்படும் அழிவுகளைப்பற்றி சொல்லும்போது இதனை எடுத்துக்காட்டாகக் கூறுவார்கள். ஜனங்கள் அப்பட்டணத்தை நிந்திப்பார்கள். போஸ்றாவைச் சுற்றியுள்ள அனைத்து பட்டணங்களும் என்றென்றும் அழிக்கப்படும்.”
