சூரியன் அஸ்தமித்துக் காரிருள் உண்டானபின்பு, இதோ, புகைகிற சூளையும், அந்தத் துண்டங்களின் நடுவே கடந்துபோகிற அக்கினி ஜுவாலையும் தோன்றின.

சூரியன் அஸ்தமித்தபின் மேலும் இருளாயிற்று. மரித்துப்போன மிருகங்கள் தரையின் மேலேயே கிடந்தன. இரண்டு துண்டுகளாகக் கிடந்த அவற்றின் உடலிலிருந்து சூளையின் புகையும் நெருப்பும் வெளிவந்தன.
