நம்முடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் இருக்கிற இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனத்திலும், அதின் ஆசாரியரிலும் லேவியரிலும், உன்னோடேகூட எருசலேமுக்குப் போக மனப்பூர்வமாயிருக்கிற யாவரும் போகலாம் என்று நம்மாலே உத்தரவாகிறது.
