மனுபுத்திரனே, நீ எகிப்தின் ராஜாவாகிய பார்வோனைக்குறித்துப் புலம்பி, அவனோடே சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: ஜாதிகளுக்குள்ளே நீ பாலசிங்கத்துக்கு ஒப்பானவன்; நீ பெருந்தண்ணீர்களில் முதலையைப்போல் இருந்து உன் நதிகளில் எழும்பி, உன் கால்களால் தண்ணீர்களைக் கலக்கி அவைகளின் ஆறுகளைக் குழப்பிவிட்டாய்.

மனிதகுமாரனே, நீ எகிப்தின் ராஜாவாகிய பார்வோனைக்குறித்துப் புலம்பி, அவனுடன் சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: தேசங்களுக்குள்ளே நீ பாலசிங்கத்திற்கு ஒப்பானவன்; நீ பெருந்தண்ணீர்களில் முதலையைப்போல் இருந்து, உன்னுடைய நதிகளில் எழும்பி, உன்னுடைய கால்களால் தண்ணீர்களைக் கலக்கி, அவைகளின் ஆறுகளைக் குழப்பிவிட்டாய்.

“மனுபுத்திரனே, எகிப்து அரசனான பார்வோனைப் பற்றிய இச்சோகப் பாடலைப் பாடு. அவனிடம் கூறு: “‘நீ நாடுகளிடையில் பெருமையோடு நடைபோட்ட பலம் வாய்ந்த இளம் சிங்கம் என்று உன்னை நினைத்தாய். ஆனால் உண்மையில் நீ ஏரிகளில் கிடக்கிற முதலையைப் போன்றவன். நீ உனது வழியை ஓடைகளில் தள்ளிச்சென்றாய். நீ உன் கால்களால் தண்ணீரைக் கலக்குகிறாய். நீ எகிப்து நதிகளை குழப்புகிறாய்.’”
