22 தபேராவிலும், மாசாவிலும், கிப்ரோத் அத்தாவாவிலும் கர்த்தருக்குக் கடுங்கோபம் உண்டாக்கினீர்கள். And at Taberah, and at Massah, and at Kibrothhattaavah, ye provoked the LORD to wrath.

23 நீங்கள் போய், நான் உங்களுக்குக் கொடுத்த தேசத்தைச் சுதந்தரித்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள் என்று கர்த்தர் காதேஸ்பர்னேயாவிலிருந்து உங்களை அனுப்புகையிலும், நீங்கள் உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரை விசுவாசியாமலும், அவருடைய சத்தத்துக்குச் செவிகொடாமலும், அவருடைய வாக்குக்கு விரோதமாய்க் கலகம்பண்ணினீர்கள். Likewise when the LORD sent you from Kadeshbarnea, saying, Go up and possess the land which I have given you; then ye rebelled against the commandment of the LORD your God, and ye believed him not, nor hearkened to his voice.

24 நான் உங்களை அறிந்த நாள்முதற்கொண்டு, நீங்கள் கர்த்தருக்கு விரோதமாகக் கலகம்பண்ணுகிறவர்களாயிருந்தீர்கள். Ye have been rebellious against the LORD from the day that I knew you.

25 கர்த்தர் உங்களை அழிப்பேன் என்று சொன்னபடியினால், நான் முன்போல் கர்த்தரின் சமுகத்தில் இரவும் பகலும் நாற்பதுநாள் விழுந்துகிடந்தேன்; அப்பொழுது நான் கர்த்தரை நோக்கிப் பண்ணின விண்ணப்பமாவது: Thus I fell down before the LORD forty days and forty nights, as I fell down at the first; because the LORD had said he would destroy you.

26 கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவரே, தேவரீர் உம்முடைய மகத்துவத்தினாலே மீட்டு, பலத்த கையினால் எகிப்திலிருந்து கொண்டுவந்த உமது ஜனத்தையும், உமது சுதந்தரத்தையும் அழிக்காதிருப்பீராக. I prayed therefore unto the LORD, and said, O Lord GOD, destroy not thy people and thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed through thy greatness, which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand.

27 கர்த்தர் அவர்களுக்கு வாக்குத்தத்தம்பண்ணியிருந்த தேசத்தில் அவர்களைப் பிரவேசிக்கப்பண்ணக் கூடாமற்போனபடியினாலும், அவர்களை வெறுத்தபடியினாலும், அவர்களை வனாந்தரத்தில் கொன்றுபோடும்படிக்கே கொண்டுவந்தார் என்று நாங்கள் விட்டுப் புறப்படும்படி நீர் செய்த தேசத்தின் குடிகள் சொல்லாதபடிக்கு, Remember thy servants, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; look not unto the stubbornness of this people, nor to their wickedness, nor to their sin:

28 தேவரீர் இந்த ஜனங்களின் முரட்டாட்டத்தையும், இவர்கள் ஆகாமியத்தையும், இவர்கள் பாவத்தையும் பாராமல், உமது தாசராகிய ஆபிரகாம் ஈசாக்கு யாக்கோபு என்பவர்களை நினைத்தருளும். Lest the land whence thou broughtest us out say, Because the LORD was not able to bring them into the land which he promised them, and because he hated them, he hath brought them out to slay them in the wilderness.

22 Thapaeraavilum, maasaavilum, kiproth aththaavaavilum karththarukkuk kadungaோpam unndaakkineerkal. And at Taberah, and at Massah, and at Kibrothhattaavah, ye provoked the LORD to wrath.

23 Neengal poy, naan ungalukkuk koduththa thaesaththaich suthanthariththukkollungal entu Karththar kaathaesparnaeyaavilirunthu ungalai anuppukaiyilum, neengal ungal thaevanaakiya karththarai visuvaasiyaamalum, avarutaiya saththaththukkuch sevikodaamalum, avarutaiya vaakkukku virothamaayk kalakampannnnineerkal. 24 Naan ungalai arintha naalmutharkonndu, neengal karththarukku virothamaakak kalakampannnukiravarkalaayiruntheerkal. Ye have been rebellious against the LORD from the day that I knew you.

25 Karththar ungalai alippaen entu sonnapatiyinaal, naan munpol karththarin samukaththil iravum pakalum naarpathunaal vilunthukidanthaen; appoluthu naan karththarai Nnokkip pannnnina vinnnappamaavathu: Thus I fell down before the LORD forty days and forty nights, as I fell down at the first; because the LORD had said he would destroy you.

26 Karththaraakiya aanndavarae, thaevareer ummutaiya makaththuvaththinaalae meettu, palaththa kaiyinaal ekipthilirunthu konnduvantha umathu janaththaiyum, umathu suthantharaththaiyum alikkaathiruppeeraaka. I prayed therefore unto the LORD, and said, O Lord GOD, destroy not thy people and thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed through thy greatness, which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand.

27 Karththar avarkalukku vaakkuththaththampannnniyiruntha thaesaththil avarkalaip piravaesikkappannnak koodaamarponapatiyinaalum, avarkalai veraுththapatiyinaalum, avarkalai vanaantharaththil kontupodumpatikkae konnduvanthaar entu naangal vittup purappadumpati neer seytha thaesaththin kutikal sollaathapatikku, Remember thy servants, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; look not unto the stubbornness of this people, nor to their wickedness, nor to their sin:

28 Thaevareer intha janangalin murattattaththaiyum, ivarkal aakaamiyaththaiyum, ivarkal paavaththaiyum paaraamal, umathu thaasaraakiya Abraham eesaakku yaakkopu enpavarkalai ninaiththarulum. Lest the land whence thou broughtest us out say, Because the LORD was not able to bring them into the land which he promised them, and because he hated them, he hath brought them out to slay them in the wilderness.
