அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் என்னை நோக்கி: இதோ, சீகோனையும் அவன் தேசத்தையும் உனக்கு ஒப்புக்கொடுக்கப்போகிறேன்; இதுமுதல் அவன் தேசத்தை வசப்படுத்தி, சுதந்தரித்துக்கொள் என்றார்.
