1 யோசேப்பின் புத்திரருக்கு விழுந்த சீட்டினால் அகப்பட்ட பங்குவீதமாவது: And the lot of the children of Joseph fell from Jordan by Jericho, unto the water of Jericho on the east, to the wilderness that goeth up from Jericho throughout mount Bethel,

2 பெத்தேலிலிருந்து லுூசுக்குப்போய், அர்கீயினுடைய எல்லையாகிய அத்ரோத்தைக் கடந்து, And goeth out from Bethel to Luz, and passeth along unto the borders of Archi to Ataroth,

3 மேற்கே யப்லேத்தியரின் எல்லைக்கும் தாழ்வான பெத்தொரோன் காசேர் என்னும் எல்லைகள்மட்டும் இறங்கி, சமுத்திரம்வரைக்கும்போய் முடியும். And goeth down westward to the coast of Japhleti, unto the coast of Bethhoron the nether, and to Gezer; and the goings out thereof are at the sea.

4 இதை யோசேப்பின் புத்திரராகிய மனாசேயும் எப்பீராயீமும் சுதந்தரித்தார்கள். So the children of Joseph, Manasseh and Ephraim, took their inheritance.

5 எப்பீராயீம் புத்திரருக்கு அவர்களுடைய வம்சங்களின்படி உண்டான சுதந்தரத்தினுடைய கிழக்கு எல்லை, அதரோத் அதார் துவக்கி, மேலான பெத்தொரோன்மட்டும் போகிறது. And the border of the children of Ephraim according to their families was thus: even the border of their inheritance on the east side was Atarothaddar, unto Bethhoron the upper;

6 மேற்கு எல்லை மிக்மேத்தாத்திற்கு வடக்காகச் சென்று, கிழக்கே தானாத் சீலோவுக்குத் திரும்பி, அதை யநோகாவுக்குக் கிழக்காகக் கடந்து, And the border went out toward the sea to Michmethah on the north side; and the border went about eastward unto Taanathshiloh, and passed by it on the east to Janohah;

7 யநோகாவிலிருந்து அதரோத்திற்கும் நகராத்திற்கும் இறங்கி, எரிகோவின் அருகே வந்து, யோர்தானுக்குச் செல்லும். And it went down from Janohah to Ataroth, and to Naarath, and came to Jericho, and went out at Jordan.

8 தப்புவாவிலிருந்து மேற்கு எல்லை, கானாநதிக்குப் போய், சமுத்திரத்திலே முடியும்; இது எப்பிராயீம் புத்திரரின் கோத்திரத்திற்கு அவர்கள் வம்சங்களின்படி உண்டான சுதந்தரம், The border went out from Tappuah westward unto the river Kanah; and the goings out thereof were at the sea. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Ephraim by their families.

9 பின்னும் எப்பிராயீம் புத்திரருக்குப் பிரத்தியேகமாய்க் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட பட்டணங்களும் அவைகளின் கிராமங்களுமெல்லாம் மனாசே புத்திரருடைய சுதந்தரத்தின் நடுவே இருக்கிறது. And the separate cities for the children of Ephraim were among the inheritance of the children of Manasseh, all the cities with their villages.

10 அவர்கள் காசேரிலே குடியிருந்த கானானியரைத் துரத்திவிடவில்லை; ஆகையால் கானானியர், இந்நாள்மட்டும் இருக்கிறபடி, எப்பிராயீமருக்குள்ளே குடியிருந்து, பகுதிகட்டுகிறவர்களாய்ச் சேவிக்கிறார்கள். And they drave not out the Canaanites that dwelt in Gezer: but the Canaanites dwell among the Ephraimites unto this day, and serve under tribute.

2 Peththaelilirunthu luூsukkuppoy, argeeyinutaiya ellaiyaakiya athroththaik kadanthu, And goeth out from Bethel to Luz, and passeth along unto the borders of Archi to Ataroth,

3 Maerkae yaplaeththiyarin ellaikkum thaalvaana peththoron kaaser ennum ellaikalmattum irangi, samuththiramvaraikkumpoy mutiyum. And goeth down westward to the coast of Japhleti, unto the coast of Bethhoron the nether, and to Gezer; and the goings out thereof are at the sea.

4 Ithai yoseppin puththiraraakiya manaaseyum eppeeraayeemum suthanthariththaarkal. So the children of Joseph, Manasseh and Ephraim, took their inheritance.

5 Eppeeraayeem puththirarukku avarkalutaiya vamsangalinpati unndaana suthantharaththinutaiya kilakku ellai, atharoth athaar thuvakki, maelaana peththoronmattum pokirathu. And the border of the children of Ephraim according to their families was thus: even the border of their inheritance on the east side was Atarothaddar, unto Bethhoron the upper;

6 Maerku ellai mikmaeththaaththirku vadakkaakach sentu, kilakkae thaanaath seelovukkuth thirumpi, athai yaNnokaavukkuk kilakkaakak kadanthu, And the border went out toward the sea to Michmethah on the north side; and the border went about eastward unto Taanathshiloh, and passed by it on the east to Janohah;

7 YaNnokaavilirunthu atharoththirkum nakaraaththirkum irangi, erikovin arukae vanthu, yorthaanukkuch sellum. And it went down from Janohah to Ataroth, and to Naarath, and came to Jericho, and went out at Jordan.

8 Thappuvaavilirunthu maerku ellai, kaanaanathikkup poy, samuththiraththilae mutiyum; ithu eppiraayeem puththirarin koththiraththirku avarkal vamsangalinpati unndaana suthantharam, The border went out from Tappuah westward unto the river Kanah; and the goings out thereof were at the sea. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Ephraim by their families.

9 Pinnum eppiraayeem puththirarukkup piraththiyaekamaayk kodukkappatta pattanangalum avaikalin kiraamangalumellaam manaase puththirarutaiya suthantharaththin naduvae irukkirathu. And the separate cities for the children of Ephraim were among the inheritance of the children of Manasseh, all the cities with their villages.

10 Avarkal kaaserilae kutiyiruntha kaanaaniyaraith thuraththividavillai; aakaiyaal kaanaaniyar, innaalmattum irukkirapati, eppiraayeemarukkullae kutiyirunthu, pakuthikattukiravarkalaaych sevikkiraarkal.
