அப்பொழுது ராஜா அவர்களைப்பார்த்து: உங்களுக்கு நலமாய்த் தோன்றுகிறதைச் செய்வேன் என்று சொல்லி, ராஜா ஒலிமுகவாசல் ஓரத்திலே நின்றான்; ஜனங்கள் எல்லாரும் நூறுநூறாகவும், ஆயிரம் ஆயிரமாகவும் புறப்பட்டார்கள்.

அப்பொழுது ராஜா அவர்களைப் பார்த்து: உங்களுக்கு நலமாகத் தோன்றுகிறதைச் செய்வேன் என்று சொல்லி, ராஜா நகர வாசலின் ஓரத்திலே நின்றான்; மக்கள் எல்லோரும் நூறு நூறாகவும், ஆயிரம் ஆயிரமாகவும் புறப்பட்டார்கள்.

And the king הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ melek meh-LEK
them, What אֲשֶׁר ʾăšer uh-SHER
you best יִיטַ֥ב yāṭab ya-TAHV
seemeth בְּעֵֽינֵיכֶ֖ם ʿayin ah-YEEN
I will do. אֶֽעֱשֶׂ֑ה ʿāśâ ah-SA
stood וַיַּֽעֲמֹ֤ד ʿāmad ah-MAHD
And the king הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ melek meh-LEK
by אֶל ʾēl ale
side, יַ֣ד yād yahd
the gate הַשַּׁ֔עַר šaʿar sha-AR
and all וְכָל kōl kole
the people הָעָם֙ ʿam am
came out יָֽצְא֔וּ yāṣāʾ ya-TSA
