இதோ, உமது அடியாரோடே ஐம்பது பலவான்கள் இருக்கிறார்கள்; அவர்கள் போய் உம்முடைய எஜமானைத் தேடும்படி உத்தரவுகொடும்; ஒரு வேளை கர்த்தருடைய ஆவியானவர் அவரை எடுத்து, பர்வதங்களில் ஒன்றின்மேலாகிலும், பள்ளத்தாக்குகளில் ஒன்றிலாகிலும் கொண்டுபோய் வைத்திருப்பார் என்றார்கள். அதற்கு அவன்: அவர்களை அனுப்பவேண்டாம் என்றான்.

இதோ, உமது அடியாரோடு ஐம்பது பலவான்கள் இருக்கிறார்கள்; அவர்கள் போய் உம்முடைய எஜமானைத் தேடும்படி உத்திரவு கொடும்; ஒருவேளை கர்த்தருடைய ஆவியானவர் அவரை எடுத்து, மலைகளில் ஒன்றின் மேலாகிலும் பள்ளத்தாக்குகளில் ஒன்றிலாகிலும் கொண்டுபோய் வைத்திருப்பார் என்றார்கள். அதற்கு எலிசா: அவர்களை அனுப்பவேண்டாம் என்றான்.

அவர்கள் எலிசாவிடம், “பாருங்கள், எங்களிடம் தகுதியான 50 பேர்கள் இருக்கிறார்கள். தயவு செய்து நாங்கள் சென்று உங்கள் எஜமானைத் தேட எங்களை அனுமதியுங்கள். ஒரு வேளை தேவனுடைய ஆவி அவரைத் தூக்கிச்சென்று எங்காவது மலையிலோ, அல்லது பள்ளத்தாக்கிலோ போட்டிருக்கலாம்!” என்றார்கள். அதற்கு எலிசா, “இல்லை, எலியாவைத் தேட ஆட்களை அனுப்பாதீர்கள்!” என்றான்.

Itho, umathu atiyaarotae aimpathu palavaankal irukkiraarkal; avarkal poy ummutaiya ejamaanaith thaedumpati uththaravukodum; oru vaelai karththarutaiya Aaviyaanavar avarai eduththu, parvathangalil ontinmaelaakilum, pallaththaakkukalil ontilaakilum konndupoy vaiththiruppaar entarkal. Atharku avan: avarkalai anuppavaenndaam entan.
