thou hast spoken דַּבֶּרְךָ dābar da-VAHR

thy servant: עַבְדֶּ֑ךָ ʿebed eh-VED

slow כְבַד kābēd ka-VADE
of speech, פֶּ֛ה pe peh
and of a slow וּכְבַ֥ד kābēd ka-VADE
