இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரின் சமஸ்த சபையையும் நோக்கி: நாங்கள் போய்ச் சுற்றிப்பார்த்து சோதித்த தேசம் மகா நல்லதேசம்.

எண்ணாகமம் 13:27
அவர்கள் மோசேயை நோக்கி: நீர் எங்களை அனுப்பின தேசத்துக்கு நாங்கள் போய்வந்தோம்; அது பாலும் தேனும் ஓடுகிற தேசந்தான்; இது அதினுடைய கனி.

உபாகமம் 1:25
அத்தேசத்துக் கனிகளில் சிலவற்றைத் தங்கள் கையில் எடுத்துக்கொண்டு நம்மிடத்தில் வந்து, நம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் நமக்குக் கொடுக்கும் தேசம் நல்ல தேசம் என்று நம்மிடத்தில் சொன்னார்கள்.

உபாகமம் 6:10
உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உனக்குக் கொடுப்பேன் என்று ஆபிரகாம் ஈசாக்கு யாக்கோபு என்பவர்களாகிய உன் பிதாக்களுக்கு ஆணையிட்டுக் கொடுத்த தேசத்தில் உன்னைப் பிரவேசிக்கப்பண்ணும்போதும், நீ கட்டாத வசதியான பெரிய பட்டணங்களையும்,

உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உன்னை நல்ல தேசத்திலே பிரவேசிக்கப்பண்ணுகிறார்; அது பள்ளத்தாக்குகளிலும் மலைகளிலுமிருந்து புறப்படுகிற ஆறுகளும் ஊற்றுகளும் ஏரிகளுமுள்ள தேசம்;
