எப்புன்னேயின் குமாரன் காலேபும், நூனின் குமாரன் யோசுவாவும் தவிர, மற்றவர்களாகிய நீங்கள் நான் உங்களைக் குடியேற்றுவேன் என்று ஆணையிட்டுக்கொடுத்த தேசத்தில் பிரவேசிப்பதில்லை.

அதற்கு, ஆபிராம் சோதோமின் ராஜாவைப் பார்த்து: ஆபிராமை ஐசுவரியவானாக்கினேன் என்று நீர் சொல்லாதபடிக்கு நான் ஒரு சரட்டையாகிலும் பாதரட்சையின் வாரையாகிலும், உமக்கு உண்டானவைகளில் யாதொன்றையாகிலும் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளேன் என்று,
