உன்னதமானவர் மனுஷருடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் ஆளுகைசெய்து தமக்குச் சித்தமாயிருக்கிறவனுக்கு அதைக்கொடுக்கிறார் என்பதை நீர் அறிந்துகொள்ளுமட்டும் ஏழு காலங்கள் உம்முடையபேரில் கடந்துபோகவேண்டும்.

உன்னதமானவர் மனிதர்களுடைய ராஜ்ஜியத்தில் ஆளுகைசெய்து, தமக்கு விருப்பமாயிருக்கிறவனுக்கு அதைக் கொடுக்கிறார் என்பதை நீர் அறிந்துகொள்ளும்வரை ஏழு வருடங்கள் உம்முடைய வாழ்நாளில் கடந்துபோகவேண்டும்.

அரசரான நேபுகாத்நேச்சாரே, நீர் ஜனங்களை விட்டுப் போகும்படி வற்புறுத்தப்படுவீர். நீர் காட்டு மிருகங்களுக்கு மத்தியில் வாழ்வீர். நீர் மாடுகளைப்போன்று புல்லைத் தின்பீர். நீர் பனியில் நனைவீர். ஏழு பருவங்கள் (ஆண்டுகள்) கடந்துபோகும். பிறகு நீர் உன்னதமான தேவனே மனித இராஜ்யங்களை ஆளுகிறார் என்பதையும், உன்னதமான தேவன் தான் விரும்புகிற எவருக்கும் இராஜ்யங்களைக் கொடுப்பார் என்பதையும் கற்றுக்கொள்வீர்.

மனித சமுதாயத்தினின்று நீர் விரட்டப்படுவீர்; காட்டு விலங்குகளோடு வாழ்ந்து, மாடுபோல புல்லை மேய்ந்து, வானத்தின் பனியில் நனைந்து கிடப்பீர். இவ்வாறு ஏழு ஆண்டுகள் உம்மைக் கடந்து செல்லும், மனிதர்களின் அரசை உன்னதமானவரே ஆள்கின்றார் என்றும், தாம் விரும்பியவர்க்கே அதனைத் தந்தருள்வார் என்றும் நீர் உணரும் வரை அந்நிலை நீடிக்கும்.

உன்னதமானவர் மனுஷருடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் ஆளுகைசெய்து தமக்குச் சித்தமானவனுக்கு அதைக் கொடுத்து, மனுஷரில் தாழ்ந்தவனையும் அதின்மேல் அதிகாரியாக்குகிறார் என்று நரஜீவன்கள் அறியும்படிக்குக் காவலாளரின் தீர்ப்பினால் இந்தக் காரியமும் பரிசுத்தவான்களின் மொழியினால் இந்த விசாரணையும் தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டது என்றான்.

அவர்கள் என்றைக்கும் வெட்கிக்கலங்கி, நாணமடைந்து அழிந்துபோவார்களாக.

மனுஷரினின்று தள்ளப்படுவாய்; வெளியின் மிருகங்களோடே சஞ்சரிப்பாய்; மாடுகளைப்போல் புல்லை மேய்வாய்; இப்படியே உன்னதமாவர் மனுஷருடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் ஆளுகைசெய்து தமக்குச் சித்தமாயிருக்கிறவனுக்கு அதைக் கொடுக்கிறாரென்பதை நீ அறிந்துகொள்ளுமட்டும் ஏழு காலங்கள் உன்மேல் கடந்துபோகும் என்று உனக்குச் சொல்லப்படுகிறது எனύறு விளம்பினது.

அவனுடைய குடியிருப்பு கல்லறைகளிலே இருந்தது; அவனைச் சங்கிலிகளினாலும் கட்ட ஒருவனாலும் கூடாதிருந்தது.
